We had a really pleasant stay at Villa Cuore. The resort and the room correspond the marketing. The room was tidy and cosy, with a modern bathroom. We were on the ground floor without balcony. The rooms with balcony seemed nice, too. The garden is cute and has a little pool, ok for swimming a few rounds. There were a lot of sunbeds, trees for shade, and a swing. The breakfast was fresh and there were a lot of options, yoghurt, juice, croissants, eggs etc. Our host Jonathan was super nice and helpful, and always on good mood. The villa is surrounded by a fence and the parking is also inside the gates. There are wonderful nature and trekking activities such as Monte Bolettone just a short drive from the villa. We heartily recommend this friendly B & B.

The drive from the villa to Como is a bit challenging due to narrow roads. We preferred bus (C40)  as Como also hasn't got a lot of parking spaces.

Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

You can hear church bells every 15min in the morning (from 8 o'clock) but they can't do anything about it so not their fault :)

Lovely, very friendly owners, fantastic breakfast and spacious, clean rooms. We spend a week here and enjoyed it a lot. Jonathan gave us great tips about where to go and how to get there, his tips for restaurants were also spot-on!! We enjoyed the pool and relaxed in the beautiful garden. Many people use this hotel for one night only but that’s really a waste of such a nice hotel!!

Apartment good. Owners of the place very helpful people. House has a very nice view when you eat breakfast - by the way, if you have option - take it, because southern countries do not have normal breakfast as others, so you will have trouble find it in the city :)

1. sound isolations through the door. But house rules says, that it should be quite, so it is, but you hear when others are opening doors or do smth more loudly. More sensitive people pay atention :) 2. location - its not this place problem, but Como problem. If you want to stay longer (after 20:00) in the city center, you will have problems with getting back, because public transport is not going (sometimes bus drivers just decide to finish work earlier and you will not get the last bus). There are not enough taxis, especially high season and on weekends. So plan your trips to city center and back - go with the car or book taxi at particular time and place (place owners i think will help you here 100%).

Lovely staff and property!

We spent a long weekend here and really enjoyed the garden and the pool on saturday. However on sunday both were occupied all day by a big group of day guests/friends of the host. This souerd our stay quite a bit since we specifically chose the place to have a relaxing weekend and not to have a party around us and being unable to use the amenities we paid for. It really is a beautiful place but I'd advice to ask the host in advance if there will be non hotel guests over if you plan on staying there during the day.

The property was amazing, the garden is very spacious with lots of different seating. The staff were very friendly and always gave us ice cold bottles of water. The rooms were very secure and having a code instead of a room key was great! The air con was very good and cooled the room down immediately.

The only thing was the air con has a small white light on the unit which displays the temperature and this is very bright. We couldn’t find a way to turn it off without turning off the unit.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Rooms spotless and cleaned daily. Lovely breakfast provided. The owner even drove us to the station upon check out when we couldn't get a taxi. Bus easy to catch into Lake Como but if you have luggage a car would be handy as taxis can be quite difficult to secure. Would highly recommend.for a relaxing and peaceful holiday with magnificent views and a couple of lovely restaurants about a 10 minute walk from the property.

Very accommodating host. Personally greeted us despite late check in. Simple to understand the facilities and idyllic property. They let us take fresh cold water bottles free of charge when we asked to refill our own bottles.

Jonathan is the caregiver / manager is the best thing , he was very kind. he even offered breakfast although I hadn’t booked with it. He also picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us off. He provided us with extra pillows when we requested and water.

The distance from bus stop to it a bit of a walk uphill. but it’s not their fault.

Quaint, quiet, beautiful, clean, kindest staff, great breakfast. The beautiful peacock. My mom and i loved our stay, we highly recommend this little gem not too far from the lake!
