Super quiet location on the hillside surrounded by trees and a large garden and with views of the snow capped mountains. Alberto and his mother were the perfect hosts. From the moment we arrived to our final day they ensured that everything was OK with the accommodation and the breakfast which was fantastic. Alberto was happy to recommend restaurants and locations to visit based on his experiences and feedback from previous guests. We didn’t take the daily breakfast option because of meeting up with friends for brioche and coffee at a local bakery but on the 3 days we wanted breakfast all it took was a quick message to Alberto the evening before and breakfast with homemade torte and fresh brioche overlooking the garden was there for us in the morning.

Absolutely nothing.

Being surrounded by nature makes the place awesome. It's very quiet and away from the busy life. We enjoyed the mountain view or the woods view, depending on which side of the table we sat, during breakfast where we could do some walks. Alberto and his mum Lorenza are very welcoming and helpful. Alberto explained everything to us about the room and the b&b and was always giving us tips and useful information according to the plan of our day. The room and bathroom are of a good size with a big and comfortable bed. We had very hot days when we were there and they kept our air condition on while we were out to find a cool room.

To go to our room we had a flight of steps and no lift is available. We only had a backpack but if we had a suitcase we had to carry it up the stairs though Alberto has offered his help.

The facilities were brilliant! It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the accommodation as good as possible. Specifically, we enjoyed these features in the room that we stayed in: - veranda with beautiful views - kitchen - clothes horse - large round bed - lights behind the bed for reading - USB socket behind the bed The ringing of church bells in the distance was lovely.

There is nothing that can be improved. It was a real pleasure to meet Alberto and his welcoming mum.

We loved everything about it. The hosts were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a nice traditional room equiped with everything we needed during our stay. Tasty breakfast with locally sourced items or made by the hosts themselves was served in a beautiful mid century modern breakfast room, the grounds are very well maintained and have beautiful views.

We met two lovely people who were very attentive and gave us great advice on how to enjoy the surroundings. The setting is relaxing, with a pool and a large, well-maintained property. Breakfast is homemade, with cakes and jams. My favorite is the hot chocolate. Thanks again, I'll keep the address.

Amazing host who knows a lot about the region and shares some of the best advises for activities, trips and restaurants. Nice location with nice garden and pool. Also the breakfast was a real treat, with homemade cake and perfect eggs. Very kind family who are dedicated to you having the best experience. Lot's of stories about local history and always very helpful! Room has air-conditioning which was a great luxury for a B&B.

Some of the room's interior is a bit outdated, but plans are underway for renovation.

Hospitality of the family is absolutely amazing. The owners are very friendly and they are enormous source of information on where to go, what to see, what and where to eat (with local special dishes e.g. pizzoccheria). Breakfast served with homemade products e.g. excellent marmmolade. Location good for travelling with the car - easy access to Lake Como and Milan. Great panoramic view to the valley. A few very good restaurans nearby.

In one word: Perfect! Couldn't think of anything better. Host and his mother are the most kind persons I've ever seen. They are always there for you and giving amazing tips about all the things you can explore in the environment. In the past I've been in this area of Italy, but we explored so many new things here because of the tips of the host. We had an enormous pleasant stay and would recommend this to everyone!

quiet location overlooking village. Very safe and enough car parking. Gate locked 24 hours. Hosts are very polite and helpful. Full Breakfast.also with home made Marmelade, - cakes etc. New bath room and rooms are very well mentained. Will stay at this very special place in the future on the way to the south of Italy and France.
