Location is superb... directly on the lake and supported by private beach and deck chairs. It's very picturesque and we loved having a room with a balcony. Breakfast was more than adequate with cereals, fresh fruit, breads and pastries as well as cold cuts.

It was all good, nothing was bad! It would have been nice to be able to enjoy a simple meal on the terrace and have tea or coffee available in the room.

Beautiful location, stunning views, with a little private beach on the lake. The hotel owners were lovely and couldn't do enough for us.

The hotel was a distance from the ferry stop for the lake and involved a walk uphill to the Santa Caterina convent stop. Doable but more taxing when really hot! However when we got there, there was a lift down to the ferry stop which was very useful!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Setting was out of this world. Easy to get to ferry for trips around the lake. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. Very peaceful

Decor and furniture was dated which could have been off putting but was insignificant when compared to the positives.

A fabulous location, right next to the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was parking next to the hotel.

Decor was dated and sun loungers on the hotel terrace were 10 euros per person per day. It was a shame they weren’t included.

The staff, views, room and local restaurant was fabulous. I would highly recommend this property as a vacation spot as its a great little piece of heaven.

Stunning view of the lake, near the beach, you can rent a SUP, a beautiful view of the sunset and silence. The staff is responsive and friendly, seems to speak all languages ​​of the world :)

For me there was a very uncomfortable bed with a hard pillow and a short sheet instead of a blanket. There is no air conditioning in the room, we had to open the windows all night. Weak wifi signal. A meager breakfast consisting of yesterday's croissants, several types of cookies in plastic, jams in plastic, cereal in plastic. If desired, they bring a boiled egg and yogurt in the same plastic. Breakfast is served to everyone. there is coffee, tea and juice personally.

The location near the water is excellent, parking available on site. Family run hotel with excellent service ! Nice rooms with lake views

We stopped here for one night during a road trip...the location was stunning and convenient, staff friendly and helpful. There are restaurants close by for dinner too. Private, convenient parking right outside. The hotel, whilst dated, had a homely charm which we loved, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Overall just a wonderful charming place to stay.

The only small disappointment was the beds and pillows were very hard for me.

The house is just on the beach and it has a stunning view. The staff is friendly and you feel as you are in your grandmama’s house.
