The friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable. They were very attentive and the dining room staff went out of their way to ensure we had every food, drink and comfort we could hope for. The inclusive bar and wine at dinner were the cherry on the top of the divine menu and experience. I love to give 5-star ratings when deserving, and this hotel takes them all. Looking forward to our next stay there

We stayed half board, so we had breakfast, tea and Dinner included. I thought that the dinner was exceptional for an all inclusive meal. Appetisers, salad and cheese were buffet style and then a small primi and secondi were chosen of a small menu, with a desert served afterwards. The wine that you could help yourself to was also lovely. The staff at the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous swimming pool, with amazing view. Spare towels up there would be great. The family room was really modern and lovely, but just had a few little design issues.

Our fridge in our room didn't work and, although I was told by reception that it would be fixed in a couple of days, it wasn't. There wasn't an iron available when i asked at reception, in the evening. The hairdryer hadn't been attached to the bathroom wall, even though the design needed it to be, and so it made drying your hair really difficult! The bathroom flooded each time you had a shower. There needs to be some kind of lighting for the stairs that go up to the top floor so that people can see where they are walking if they need the loo in the middle of the night, without having to turn the main bright light on.

I had a fantastic stay here! The attentive staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions, making me feel truly cared for. The massages are a must—by the end of my stay, I felt deeply relaxed and in high spirits. Highly recommend for the exceptional service and rejuvenating experience!

A Beautiful hotel in quiet surroundings, the staff were all amazing and had a great knowledge of English. The facilities were top-notch notch and the breakfast was great. Nothing bad to say, everything was so good. The fact they included dinner and wine in the price was such a bonus.

Superb location, excellent suite of 55sqm with magnificent views from 2 sides of the corner room (202). Half board was excellent and wait staff in particular were very welcoming and helpful. Great location to explore Lago Maggiore.

Beautiful hotel with modern spa facilities, great views, lovely gardens and friendly staff. Rooms are modern, tasteful and a comfortable size.

Spa robes a little bit small, minor detail is the light for the AC is bright at night - This is nitpicking, it’s an excellent hotel.

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect: near ferry, and the funicular. Its great to spend more time and have time for the pool relaxing and also to visit funicular. The breakfast was good. Staff is really helpful and friendly. There is elevator, car parking and everything needed to have great time in the hotel. Clear and comfortable rooms.

The half bord was not really good. The wine list could be better.
