It was a very good breakfast. The Day before your breakfast you can choose what you want to eat the next breakfast. It is always fresh and there is nothing spoiled. That is top. The personal is very kindly and helpfull. The hotel is also close to the center of Verbania and there is free parking. I will recommended this hotel very much.

Our one-night stay at the hotel was delightful! I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere; it truly gives off a wonderful historical vibe with its beautiful interior design. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, making it feel less like a typical hotel and more like coming home. We did note the absence of air conditioning and a small fridge in the room, which could be a consideration for longer stays or warmer weather. However, these were minor points that didn't detract significantly from our overall positive experience. The price and value were definitely good, and if you're here for competitions, the sport center is super close by. I would recommend this property.

The pressure of water in the shower, it’s not too strong.

Our only issue was no air con and only one chair in the room which wasn't very comfortable to sit on, however the hotel is absolutely stunning! Very original and beautifully decorated with lovely old pieces of furniture and unusual objects. The staff were extremely charming and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. If you can manage the heat with a fan in your room then I would highly, highly recommend! I took loads of photographs of the interior as it is just so original in character. Thank you to the staff who made our stay so welcoming.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, with an interior designed with a lot of attention to detail. The rooms are impeccably clean and well designed. The hotel is within walking distance of the curly center of Pallanza with a variety of shops, restaurants and sights. The best thing about the place is the staff who are all absolutely lovely and attentive. We also loved the breakfast served in the garden.

The hotel is pretty well situated towards one end of Verbania's lake front (not on the lake) in a semi-residential area and close to the town centre. It's got great parking in the charming (small) garden area, a lovely reception area with quirky decor and well appointed rooms. Best part of the hotel are the staff - such delightful people, who really went the extra mile and sorted out a problem of our own making with no fuss! We'd certainly return! We also loved the hotel's sister restaurant just 5 minutes' walk away where we had two very good meals, with excellent service.

The bathrooms let the bedrooms down slightly - not a huge problem, they are beautifully clean and have everything you want but the showers themselves are not brilliant. It didn't spoil our holiday though. Also, if available, book a room overlooking the garden otherwise you look into the chocolate factory at the back. Again, not a deal breaker! We loved Casa Camilla...

The rooms were very clean, well equipped and beautiful. The hosts were nice to us, very well intentioned. You can park in the garden, 10 euro per day. The breakfast was very good, served in the garden, good food. :)

Nothing wrong with the hotel

Very well located, nice and cozy, rich breakfast and super friendly personnel. Closed to many dinner options and shops. Offers a private parking but free options are just around the corner.

Breakfast was excellent, and the service both helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, not far from the lake and local facilities. The staff were most helpful in providing directions and advice.

My stay could not have been better. There was nothing that I didn't like.

We arrived in a heat wave so aircon would have been beneficial - however, we imagine that it is not usually quite that hot, and there was a fan. Unfortunately there wasn’t a fridge in the room, however the lovely staff were very happy for us to use their fridge and freeze our ice blocks so all was well.

The breakfast was lovely, the staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring Intra and the surrounding area.
