The apartment is big and spacious, refurbished and clean. Lots of space in the living room, large bedrooms, bathrooms were both big and clean. Felt great, superb location close to the ferry terminal and a central piazza, bars, restaurants, shops… a/c was great which is a blessing in the Italian heat. Comfy beds, large tv to watch the euro finals and a cute balcony we didn’t use (it was facing the doors to the other apartments which feels a bit public…).

A couple of things: first the apartment we got WAS NOT THE SAME ONE ADVERTISED. It was great but still, it was a bit sketchy getting something that was not pictured. Kitchen was small and crammed, nothing like those open plan large kitchens shown in the pictures here. No microwave which is odd. Did not provide enough toilet paper (we had like 2.5 rolls for 4 people, 3 nights…) and we didn’t know where to get more. Check out was strange - the booking details say check out is 10:30-11am, host asked us the night before if we could check out by 10 (which is inconsiderate to ask your guests imo), I insisted on 10:30 earliest. And yet the following morning by 10am a cleaning lady unlocked the door and looked surprised to see us there.

A very comfortable apartment, had all the amenities you might need. Great shower and air conditioning. The building was beautiful and had a lift, great if you're on the top floor and carrying luggage, shopping etc. Great location, next to shops and restaurants and the lake. Cleaning service during the week. Staff were communicative and happy to help.

Uncomfortable bed with soft old mattress. The duvets smelled a little weird, maybe a wash was due?. The sofa bed was not the best either. Some dark blinds in the living room would truly help keep the sun and heat out. Parking location and having to pay extra for it was not the best if you have ample luggage, kids etc. The free parking was not available on Saturday due to market and had to find other parking. Not to difficult, but inconvenient. For a property categorised as "luxury", some improvements could be made. Better attention to detail in toiletries and decoration would make this apartment even better.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the space and the view on the lake. Also the communication with the host went really well and they were really nice.

A bit more kitchen equipment would have been nice but that is the only negative point I can come up with.

Nearest trainstation is in pallanza, but its easier to take the ferry to laveno and take the train from there, and the ferry is in within walking distance, under ten minutes on foot. The ferry is also cheap. Parking space is fairly close, but the host gives instructions on the best parking options, but you cannot have your car parked at the free parking space on friday as there is a market on saturday. The nightlife is nice. The islands can be reached by the ferry as well, although it is a bit more expensive.

The closes train station in pallanza was difficult to get to, but another one in laveno can very easily be accessed by ferry Outdoor seating area only for two people.

Convenient location, very big bathroom, easy communication with the host, great value for money; all in all, a suitable stay for a couple of days.

During the afternoon/evening there is noise from the street due to the many shops and restaurants, but this is something no owner can control.

Fresh and friendly rooms, comfy furniture, operational and clean equipment. Everything was nice and tidy, not felt the need to clean the flatware before using anything. All instructions provided via WhatsApp were very clear, easy to understand and left no questions open.

Situated in the old city center the flat is not easy to reach with lots of luggage. Parking a car in direct proximity might be difficult. You're lucky meeting an empty spot in less than 400m distance to unload/load, but free of charge parkings are available riverside in 1km distance.

The apartment is well-furnished, modern with all necessary equipment and centrally located. Rafaella is a very welcoming host and very responsive. We had a small issue/favor. In our booking, we asked for 5 individual beds and the flat had four beds. We reached out to Rafaella upon our arrival and she directly provided us with an extra bed. The location is very central - in the middle of historic Intra. The boat harbor is less than a 5min walk along with main restaurants and supermarkets.

Modern spacious impeccably clean apartment conveniently located in the center of the town. Big plus - two bathrooms (really appreciated since we traveled with friends)

In the apartment location description it was mentioned that it had the lake view, which apparently is not true - windows are facing other buildings Our bed was quite uncomfortable For the price charged a better quality matras and pillows could have been provided for guests

Nearly everything, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the host provided utilities for a baby and we were allowed to have a dog. The location is super central. Super tidy.

Given the preis and the approach to be in a luxury segment, the utilities from Ikea doesn’t match but in comparison to the other flats in that market, this one has really better taste despite Ikea stuff. Parking can be tricky due to lots of traffic but we knew the area well and the description provided by the host is precise.

The penthouse is very spacious and beautiful with everything you need for staying overnight. Amazing view from the penthouse on floor 6.

The heating in the small apartment was not warm enough. No dining plates in the penthouse.
