Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a gorgeous and traditional villa from 19. century. Incredible lake views from apartment and garden.

Due to the very high temperatures in our week an air conditioning system would have been appreciated

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Venegoni Maison de charme. Ilaria gave us a warm welcome and is a fantastic host. The rooms were beautifully decorated, fresh, and clean. There was plenty of space to park the car, and it’s just a few minutes' drive from the center of Verbania. We would love to come back.

A good location, an old family house with stunning views from the terrace and garden, a very hostpitable and accommodating host.

The property is not air-conitioned. In spite of a relatively hot weather, it was not a problem for us at all, possibly due to the thick stone walls of the house, the rooms staying pleasantly cool most of the time. I wonder, however, how it would feel in a heatwave, with those coming more and more frequently.

Very kind and generous host (Ilaria), beautiful old house with a perfect view of Lago Maggiore, high ceilings and big rooms, good kitchen equipment. We definitely want to return!

Only little things

The apartment was lovely. We were very impressed by the combination between old historical house and modern touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was a real pleasure to drink wine and watch the Lago from the window. The garden was amazing, large and well maintained, quiet and just above the Lago. You can admire the nature with a glass of wine during the night ot with a coffee in the Mornings. The host was really friendly and helpful, she even made reservations for us in two restaurants and gave us useful input.

Everything was perfect. Property has nice garden with a stunning lake view. Ilaria was very nice and extremely helpful host, always happy to give us some tips and accommodate our needs. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful old mantion house converted into a few rental flats. Amazing view to the lake! Few minutes from a fantastic bakery (bottega del pane), close to the beautiful Intra (15 min) and Stresa (30 min drive) Private parking and remote for the gate

This is a beatiful liberty-style property with a nice garden and amazing lake views. The apartment was very well appointed with a well-equipped kitchen. Ilaria was a very helpful host, who made many suggestions and was quick to respond to any question. Very happy with our stay.

Imagine sitting at the terrace with an outstanding view to Lago Maggiore, in a beautiful villa on the top of the hill... You're surrounded by the large garden where you can find the shadow and read the book. Amazing place, great host. Also there is also a great restaurant, "Locanda a sud", in the a short walking distance (reservation recommended).

Internet was a little bit flaky on the rainy day, otherwise nothing to improve.

Wonderfully located villa with a fabulous view over the lake. Nothing was missing, perfect place. The owner tried very hard and gave us very good restaurant tips.
