Beautiful view up on the hillside with an amazing staff. Interesting funicular up to the rooms if needed. Peaceful and so quite with lovely balconies showing some of the best views on the lake . MATTIA WAS A LIFESAVER and Elena and Veronica were just as amazing. I would stay just for the staff alone. The TV's were in the process of being upgraded, but honestly we don't go to Maggiore to watch TV in our room. Price to quality ratio is there. Obviously not a 5* resort but the room was lightly furnished and very comfortable and I will be coming back . The huge decks offer views that are unsurpassed.

The road up was a bit daunting the first time, but once you're used to it you can officially call yourself an Italian driver and start talking with your hands! I wish they had an onsite restaurant, but Mattias picks up breakfast to order every morning and they have a small bar and Cafe next to check in. Also rooms have full kitchens so just do some shopping beforehand and you can keep your room stocked and food cooking if wanted.

Mattia and his girlfriend are wonderful hosts! They developed an app for their apartment with self check-in, an online market so you could order bread and brioche for breakfast and they bring it to your door, to do's and to see in the region, tips for transportation/restaurants/activities and so much more. They also have a lift from the garage to every terrace because the Apartments are located on a hill. We loved the pool, the view on the balcony over Lago Maggiore and how helpful and friendly they were! We had a really great time there and will be back.♡

You need good driving skills because the apartments are located on a hill. The only road to get there is quite steep and small. We had no problem with it and already knew how the streets around Lago Maggiore can be tricky but just be aware of it :)

The views , the pool and the location

The convertible sofa and the access to the building is difficult for cars. Many insects and mosquitos

Great flat spotless clean, well furnished and the view is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very responsive to our demands we felt like at home !

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t opened on that weekend without previous notice..

Absolutely dream like. The best views, the entire structure of the facility, we had never seen a resort built so well with a lot of space for each room. The staff is also very friendly and does their best to help and make your stay comfortable.

Very good location with a fantastic view over the lake. We have been there a couple of times and we will come back for sure.

The view is fantastic

The facilities does not match the view ... I wonder if it is designed by an old fashion person. Bath room was not easy to use, and the light in living room is rather limited.

Our apartment had sooo many stairs to get to it (after the levator) which was intense with all the baby stuff we had with us

Everything was exceptional from the beautiful location, comfortable apartment, friendly and understanding staff. Most beautiful place we ever stayed at.

Nothing negative to add

The location is exceptional. The staff were very kind, friendly and cooperative. The view is extraordinary looking directly at "il lago maggiore". We were group of families and we all liked it very much! I highly recommend this property 👌. I would also go once again 😊
