Amazingly helpful Chefs, even opened nearly at night for us the room, after we couldn't open it by ourselves. Also they gave us a free upgrade to our hotel room, which was amazing and so much more space! Beautiful view from our balcony to the lake and the mountains and let's not forget the nice breakfast with enough possibilities to choose for every taste :)

The only small thing which could be a little annoying for people who hear very good is the street underneath the hotel. But at night there are nearly no cars, only at daytime is a little more traffic.

- Peaceful location, but close to strand & town - Small, but quality breakfast on beautiful terrace with lake view - Victorian style architecture of the building - Friendly staff who can also speak english & german - Cute & friendly cats around the area - Air conditioned room

- Balcony not inside the room, it's a common space for all - Rooms quite outdated but has charme; the doors are really old-fashioned and were difficult to open & lock - We were offered comfort room initially instead of Classic style room, but it was too small & bathroom was cramped / We demanded the classic room which was far bigger even though bit outdated

I wish we could have stayed here for our entire trip. It started with the super nice host who waited for us till we arrived in the late evening. Our room was super! Everything was there what was needed. We woke up with an Beautiful view! The breakfast was perfect!! Super rich! Fresh croissants, fruits and cakes, we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I have never before been made to feel so welcomed on arrival at a hotel. The owners and staff were exceptionally lovely. The view and property is gorgeous, they have multiple terraces so you can sit with a drink or sunbathe. Its a very beautiful place. Nothing was too much trouble. We came back most nights for dessert, the tiramisu and profiteroles were wonderful.

Only that it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room maybe, to keep water cold.

Great Lake view. Nice bar terrace and good restaurant. All staff were good. A vertical hill climb down steep steps to Lake shore and then a lovely promenade to boat jetty and restaurants.

Car parking tricky with large motor but we managed.

Beautiful view. Exceptional staff. Very clean. Has Air conditioning. Beautiful path to walk along the lake.

The internet was not very good. The room is noisy with the door open as there is a lot of traffic. However, the view over the lake is stunning.

Excellent views across the lake. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. A short walk to Cannero Riviera where there are some excellent restaurants

The location is great. A bit up the hill but with a great view of the lake. You have lake view from the room and from the restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. You get complimentary water in the room and aperol at the bar. Breakfast is not too extravagant but sufficient. Choice of cold cuts, pastries, cereals and jams. Restaurant also has very good foor for dinner. The beach is a short walk down the stairs. Small one maybe 5 min and the main beach maybe 10 min. There is a bar and rental on the beach. So as far as location goes this is great. Our room had everything we need including AC.

The only downside was the smell of medicine in the room. Not really sure from what. It would disappear after you start the AC, but come back if you were gone for the day.

Personal was incredibly nice! We were on cycling vacation, everything was working! Really good breakfast with a pretty view!
