Everything you can think of was great - from the gentleman at the reception who spoke english and made it easy for us to check in, to cleanliness of the room, to comfort of the bed, to location, to breakfast and other staff... Highly recommend

As much as the room was clean, a noticible bit of dust around the air vent in the bathroom was bothering me for some reason, bit of thick dust on top of the tiles and the room doors were a bit loose whilst being closed which resulted in sounds from the corridor reaching us clearly. However it's nothing that will make your stay less enjoyable but it is something that may bother some people.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel staff was so friendly. We checked-in easy and then decided to rent e-bikes to cruise around town. They ended up giving us the bikes free of charge due to a slight issue with the bike battery lock/keys. It really was no issue and it was so nice of them! We felt very taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and there were many choices for everyone. We loved our stay and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Central, very friendly staff

Same cooked breakfast every morning. We were a couple (both passports) handed over at the beginning of our stay. However was told to pay for the second person on check out, should have explained this to us apon arrival.

This is a 3 star hotel and in this category it is excellent, in my opinion. Its simple, clean, perfectly located in Luino, 2 mins walk from the bus and train station. The bed was comfortable, the room was medium sized, very clean also in style (which I love), very good for a solo traveler. What really stood out in Hotel Internazionale was the staff - very friendly and accommodating - and the breakfast! For a 3 start hotel I was impressed: lots of fresh fruits (amazing watermelon), pastries, real eggs and the best part, really good coffee from a proper Italian coffee machine, che meraviglia!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Firstly the hotel had reserved a car parking space for us, which was an excellent start. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a reasonable size, comfortable and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast

Generally this was a good hotel but no facilities to make a drink in the room and, at times, it could be a little noisy

All of the staff were friendly helpful and engaging. English was widely spoken and nothing was too much trouble.

Like most Italian towns, parking was at a premium and the hotels private parking facilities were not sufficient for the number of guests

We loved the location! Close proximity to the train station and walking distance to ferries and restaurants. Breakfast options were very good and included a barista making fresh coffee to your liking.

The bed could have been softer.

Last minute one night booking and not a lot of options during peak season in Luino so decided on this small city hotel. The friendliness of the staff, the simple but clean rooms and good breakfast was exactly what we needed. The location is very central.

The hotel I a great location But rooms with no views , but actually all the day you are out Breakfast was very good , The staff in breakfast room were amazing Thank you for every one We asked for freind eggs said only scrambled and boiled But is ok Reception staff very helpful specially Nezar owner was great and helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff even quite late in the evening/night! Good breakfast with many different options included to create your own favourite breakfast, includes fresh coffee. Good start of each day. Free parking, also very close to a train station in Luino.

Hotel does not look like much from the outside and inside, it's is basic, but clean and sufficient/practical. Photos from the hotel here provide a decent representation of the hotel and rooms. Beds were quite hard, not comfortable. Airco unit was not working in our room, some nights were warm and we had difficulty cooling the room. Also you have one simple chair, but it's not really comfortable, would be nice to have a couch or chair to lounge, because the beds are also not comfortable.
