Location was great, there was plenty to do on the hotel grounds. The staff were really accommodating, and their breakfast was great. Their restaurant was really good too, albeit priced for it.

The size of the rooms are small, there is no lift, it’s very much a traditional building which is good and bad (we had an 18 month old and all the bags that came with it). The immediate area around the hotel is a little less interesting to other lakes, but still fine. Parking is best for smaller cars, but they do have a section at the back near the tunnel.

The location is stuning, you can relax in every corner of this awesome place, be it in the restaurant, private beach, jacuzzi, sauna, or the excelent private event terrace and hall with a awesome view of Lake Magiore, the staff is absolutely great and attentive, very in tune with your needs, making things really easy and make you feel like home. The small details make a difference, from all the branded items, to the room cleaning service. Room service not only changed our towels in the morning, but refilled the Nespresso caps for the coffee machine you have in the room, changed the used coffee cups, cleaned the room, even whiped the shower cabin clean, absolutely great service, excelent job there. The restaurant was a great experience, the food was really delicious and the staff was very aware of your needs. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. We booked just for one night, but everything there made us book the next night as well. We where amazed that this location didn’t get a 5 star rating, since the way they present things is way above a 4 star hotel. Nothing much not to like here really.

Because the building is of an old design there is no elevator, so carying the luggage to the room is a bit hard, the staff there does help you if needed. The parking lot is to small for all the guests that are usualy there, so parking might be a problem, but they do offer some solutions to this issue, maybe not ideal but it works out fine in the end.

This is one of those places you stumble upon every few years that completely blows you away. I stayed for 4 nights with my fionce, and we barely left the grounds. The views from the private grounds out along the length of Maggiore are simply breathtaking. The service was excellent, the restaurant was delicious, and it was all very reasonably priced considering what you are getting. I expect we will be coming back here many times.

Hotel was incredible, location is perfect! Hasn’t ruined yet with buildings. with green and blue colors it has amazing view. And breakfast was extraordinary. 😋

our check-in was around 1.30 am. After 8 hours driving the receptionist gave us a room for 2 persons. Even we had booked for 3 persons. We could have thought it was a innocent mistake if she didn’t insist on forcing us accept that room. We were staying just 2 nights and 1 of them can be ok in a double bed with 3 persons in her opinion. After half an hour speaking by her sensible colleague’s help she accepted to give us a proper room. That behaviour didn’t suit this lovely hotel. I must add that all the other staffs were amazing!

The staff were amazing and helpful. The restaurant was great and the breakfast too. The restaurant has a great view on the lake. Their garden is also nice for a nice walk and to chill.

We were at level one and the people on top were noisy. I could not sleep easily.

We spend 7 days at this beautiful hotel. At our arrival we got an update to a much bigger and nicer room. We were very thankful for that. The views from the hotel and the garden are amazing. The small town has a trainstation and a busstation, so we had no issues to get around even without a car. The breakfast ist amazing, lots of delicious cheese and much more.

No real access to the lake for bathing which is a shame. No real pool. Instead of only focussing on mooring places they should have an island to allow guest to go for a swimming in the lake (as also no pool)

Warm welcome and support by the Staff. Hotel and its surroundings combines great style and design with good or very good quality. Attention to details. Good soundproofing of windows. One of the most gorgeous breakfast you find in the hotels

We loved being at the lake. Garden with bar, lake access, jacuzzi and lake view restaurant was beautiful. Kids (teens) could swim and and enjoy. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Many gluten and dairyfree options.
