The hotel is small but beautiful and with excelent services. Located near the Riazinno train station, it is extremely easy to arrive. The employees are very kind and always helpful to the customer. The rooms are big enough, the shower and toilet are big and clean, the rooms lights system is very modern and the noise from outside is well isolated. The pool is perfect for children as it is not too deep and there are sunbeds very comfortable. The garten with the restaurant is also really nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included all type of foods and beverages. Our stay was really relaxing at the Dorint in Locarno

I would especially like to note the hospitality and the high quality of service provided by the hotel's restaurant staff. Fascinating comments on dishes and serving them in a friendly manner significantly promoted the new cuisine of Switzerland for us. We liked everything, including the SPA and swimming pool. Additionally, we had enjoyed a fantastic location, not only because of the beautiful, green, mountainous nature, but also because our Ukrainian team of basketball veterans participated in the 17th FIMBA World Championship Games, Ticino '2025. These games were held in several cities across a large number of sports halls, and we were situated just between them all.

This is a fantastic place. We were so impressed with room and facilities. It is very swanky but also very family friendly. We stayed in a standard room which was the most luxurious room of our whole trip, from the layout to the lighting as well as a fridge and a superb coffee machine. The view was also great. It was my husband’s birthday so there was also small bottle of fizzy and a birthday card. So lovely. I want to revisit this hotel again. Forgot to mention the amazing breakfast with everything and the lovely breakfast staff.

Nothing. Coming from Uk we are not used to other customers smoking outside at breakfast but that seems to be a thing in Europe.

This is a brand-new, very stylish hotel. I loved it! The rooms are comfortable and exciting. All staff members are helpful and very pleasant. We enjoyed chatting with them very much, but they were also very efficient at their work and made sure everything was running smoothly. Besides all the other delicacies they offer for breakfast, fresh bread is also something to remember. I also loved the cow farm that this high-end hotel restaurant window overlooks—it seemed exciting to us. We got a free Ticino card at the reception, including free public transportation and discounts at some Locarno city attractions, a nice bonus.

I loved everything about this hotel! The modern and aesthetically pleasing design, clean rooms, hotel room amenities (robe, slippers, coffee machine, teas/coffee etc), hotel room views, excellent breakfast with a range of choice, wonderful spa, convenient location with the train station only a very short walk away and friendly and accommodating staff (a special shout out Alexandra and Fata who were on duty at breakfast time - they were so hospitable and kind to me).

Lovely facilities and nice spa area

Staff could be friendlier and more accommodating. I asked to be let into the spa before I travelled to the airport. I specified I just wanted to take a quick shower and would be a maximum of 5 minutes and I was refused by staff. After what felt like an argument, another staff member came up and asked me what was wrong and I explained. She then let me in but it shoukdnt have taken so much back and forth to use a shower facility.

New build hotel that is well designed. Breakfast and pool food was pretty good. Very clean and well connected with train station next door (plus free train pass provided by hotel makes exploring Ticino very easy). Overall good value choice.

More designed for families so less good for couples, but still enjoyable. Some waiting staff were rude on occasion and some did not speak English. Sauna / steam room not yet working.

A new and exceptionally clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. Our room was ready upon arrival—even with kids—and had a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options to choose from. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary spa access included with our booking. The location is convenient, close to the train station and restaurants. An outstanding experience overall.

Amazing outdoor swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi - as expected. Surprisingly good breakfast - exceptionally good. Not great location but for overnight stay on the road trip - more than fine. EV charger at the hotel door.

We had mountains/parking view, so all was great, no complaints. Not sure how it is for those who have windows to the swimming pool side as it could get a bit noisy from people having fun in that area.

Everything.From check in to the size and comfort of the rooms, to the amazingly family friendly layout,superb amenities and just the perfect location for going about Ticino Kids LOVED the pool life,I even had a nap in the cabana,octopus for dinner was delicious and the sun was shining like its he tropics. We will come back
