Great place to spend the night. Basic but very good and very friendly, clean spacious room with great shower. Breakfast was good. For diner I tried a pizza, excellent!!! The staff is very friendly, also pet friendly (free). Parking directly in front of the hotel. Absolutely recommended. Only 15 minutes drive to the center of Locarno.

The room was ok, clean and surely a great value for money. The personnel were polite and willing to help in many ways. Breakfast was ok. its location was on the main road so you needn't spend time to find it. The room is sound proof and if you don't have to open the windows (like we were forced to do) then the road traffic is not much of a problem.

The only disadvantage was that we were unlucky enough to be there on a period of extreme heatwave. Unfortunately the room does not have an air condition and the provided fan didn't help at all. So we had to open the windows (which didn't help much ) and had to bear all night the traffic noise and the gas smell fron the road . So if you happen to be there in the (unlikely for this location) situation of over 35C temperature, better avoid it. Otherwise it is a very decent solution for an one night stop in the Locarno area.

Staff were excellent, rooms were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was served well. I also liked the location it had ample parking space, and was easily reachable from main attraction.

Only one room had air condition, whilst the second room had a fan, it was neither sufficient nor in good order. Breakfast was limited given that for religious reasons we could not eat any meat products.

Spotless clean, comfortable beds, great for a one night sleep. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. You can have a good lunch meal ,great tasty pizza

The noise from the street and you need your own amenities

The staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant is really good (we had some nice pizzas) and breakfast is lovely. Free parking is available in front of the building.

The mattress makes you really sweaty during the night and it might need some improvements to improve the quality of customers' sleep

Good breakfast, friendly staff, super accommodations. Flexibility to check in at an awkward time. We drove 1000 kilometers coming from south of Italy and contacted the property for a late check in. We are. We are very thankful it worked well and that we could stay and relax before coming back to Germany.

Air conditioned would be a great plus for the summer.

We thought this was very good value accommodation for the area. Everything else we saw was a lot more money. The room was as we expected, simple but very clean and comfortable and good bathroom/shower. Good to have a restaurant to eat in when we arrived. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay again, great value for a stopover.

It was very clean, great room and connected to the restaurant which served great food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also close to the bus connection.

It was a little warm so it could use a fan.

Breakfast was great! We were also served lunch the previous day, though we arrived after lunch time. We enjoyed the music in the evening

Friendly staff, good size room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Easy to find. Good restaurant on-site, both dinner and breakfast very tasty. Close to Locarno, but still reasonably priced.
