Location is in a residential/business neighborhood with no tourist attractions or facilities ... but a great location for exploring Bellinzona and neighboring areas (10min by car, 30min by bus to Bellinzona). Staff was exceptionally friendly, our room was quite large with a nice and super clean bathroom. Windows are well insulated, so we didn't hear the street noise. The blinds close tightly so no daylight is coming through in case you want to sleep in. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of breads and eggs made to order. Parking right at the hotel was helpful.

We had a room at the front which was noisy from the road. Earplugs solved this. Room is very small but had fridge, safe, aircon, hanging space etc. would have been much better if it had a kettle and tea/coffee facility. Towels were very small and only one pillow per person on bed.

Perfect location for an overnight stop on the way to Italy. The pool is a delight after a 14h drive. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Charging points for EV (not tried). Breakfast was surprisingly good and elaborate. Working AC! Decent restaurant. Would stay here again.

AC is pretty loud. Lots of noise from outside until 11-12pm. Could just have been some bad luck with the location of our room. Very pricy, but I guess that's just CH ...

I loved everything! Upon arrival, the girl at reception welcomed us with a huge smile! Very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Very good breakfast. Many thanks to the breakfast girl for her kindness and professionalism (thank you for the excellent scrambled eggs). We will back again for sure.

The most friendly staff ever, they were very kind even before our arrival. They had prepared everything for our family. The swimming pool was perfect, also you can have some drinks and ice cream. The breakfast was superb, lot of choices, fresh fruits, cakes, and an awesome scrambled eggs prepared in the moment.

Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff .. we were so impressed by them all. Pool is amazing- so beautiful & spotlessly clean. Food wonderful

From very friendly staff to a great pool area where one can relax and cool off. The food in the restaurant is very good quality and the service exceptional. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom and fittings.
