The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom with a shower and bidet was excellent. The sauna area open to all hotel guests was decent was I enjoyed using. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at reception as well as in the restaurant. The location is perfect right in walking distance to the train station, inner city, castles and restaurants and the Ticino River.

The doors to the rooms did not close quietly… meaning one heard when a guest left their room which was annoying especially late at night.

The location is fantastic. I liked the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I missed having a fridge in the room. I am happy to drink tap water but prefer it cold, especially as the room was rather warm. I would also have liked either tea/ coffee making facility in the room or perhaps a coffee machine or vending machine for guests at reception. It would be handy for late night drinks.

The location was perfect directly across from the train station (with a small grocery store) and a very good cafe. The old town and castles are a short walk. The staff were very friendly. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had plenty of space for our family of four! The coffee maker in the room was nice as well.

The breakfast has a big variety. It’s good but not great. The beds are big but very firm.

It is very near to the station. I live at 4th floor and you can see the castle from the top window. The bed is big and comfortable. The desk and chair in the room are all nice to use. I will choose to stay here again if I come to Bellinzona.

The television didn't work. And the light is not bright enough at night. If you need a kettle, you need to go downstairs to take it.

Great location. Literally 1 min away from the station and 5 from the city centre. Comfortable bed, it was quiet thanks to double insolated windows. Good shower. Very clean. Good sized bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice Finnish sauna. Good Turkish steam bath. Bring your own bathrobe and slippers for the spa.

Room: The dryer in the bathroom is very weak and only one setting, it takes double the time to dry the hair. Spa: lights in the spa are way too bright and a cold colour, relaxing in the recreation area is therefore not easy. I would recommend to change them. Lighting should be dimmed and warm. There is mould at the bottom of the Arctic shower which needs fixing.

From our Balcony we can see Sasso Corbano & Motenello, and the big Sunday Parade for Rabadan Carnival also very good. The very big Wellness with the Sauna for every Hotel guests. The breakfast were amazing.

You can not see the Castle Grande from this Hotel. No mini bar nor refrigerator in a room, but the supermarket by the railway station is just in front of the Hotel. The big Foot Bath in the middle of Wellness room was a nuisance.

Location was great, triple room was nice, clean and spacious.

Breakfast time we were suggested to eat outside in the sun. However this meant sharing the space with smokers. Not nice at all. I would have appreciated head up re people smoking nearby.

Fantastic! The friendly and efficient staff helped realise our special request at booking, the room exceeded expectations. Room and hotel are clean and well equipped.. the breakfast was generous and delicious. The restaurant is very high quality.. a delight to stay there, we can highly recommend- Grazie!

Great location, great staff, great breakfast, reasonable price.

My only negative comment is I wish the air conditioning would go lower. We had it turned all the way down and still was not quite cool enough for good sleeping.
