Everything! Wonderful experience, the lush garden , the service was impeccable from start to finish. Highly personalised and warm, the staff made us feel not only welcomed but genuinely cared for. Dining at Ristorante Ecco with Chef Reto Brändl was another highlight. A true sensory journey. The spa was equally exceptional. The perfect getaway!

The garden and the pool area are beautiful. The garden is in a perfect condition and one can tell with how much love and care it is taken care of. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful.

The rooms are nothing special. For the price, we were expecting a more luxorious room. Also we were 3 adults staying in one room and the 3rd bed was an old, rather uncomfortable pull-out couch. Overall, there were too many families with young children at the hotel. Therefore it was always noisy with children screaming and running around, specially at the pool area.

Staff and manager are amazing. Excellent view and i like the way the hotel was built. There is pool in the middle with huge fish in. Amazing!

I just need to mention that upon my arrival i checked in 9:15 and went to the resturant which is last order is 9:30 pm. They did not received us! So i simply went to the manager and he took care of that matter. Thanks for the managerial skills and need to mention that customers come first always. Always normal employees shall remember that!
