Location is perfect right on the broad walk. The balcony although small but provide exceptional view of the lake and front walk

The room amenities are very basic, the breakfast menu is limited and modest, neither iron or iron board exist in the room nor they deliver them to the room, you can either iron by your self in isolated room or ask the housekeeper to do it in his spare tine. The hotel entrance is 10-15 steps high where you have to lift the luggage all the way or go through steep rugged side walk.

The view was beautiful and aircondition since it was hot worked very well. Very convinient location.

The hangers were to high up and the fixed type. so very uncomfortable to hang cloth especially with a bad shoulder. If they would be normal and not fixed it would be easier. Are there really people that steal hangers?

We extended our stay by one day, but there was a timing issue that resulted in overbooking of our room. A solution was found that worked for both parties, but it was a unnecessary hassle.

Swimming pool & Wellness area. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Entrance has a steep staircase up to the hotel. We only found out later that their is an alternative side entrance where you can pull your luggage in. A sign would have been helpfull.

The location is spot on. The welcome from Simone was first class. The room was modern and spotless, The patio door directly onto the terrace was an unexpected pleasure. The afternoon cake and fresh ice tea was scrumptious.

A simple lunch served in the breakfast room would have been super, but with so many options just steps away, I understand the reason why.

Perfect lakefront location with an amazing terrace. Very friendly staff. Mattress was confortable. Bikes were available for the guests to use, free of charge.

The shower could have been cleaner. You have to choose between 3 different slots to eat breakfast: 8 to 9 am, 9 to 10am or 10 to 11am. On the first day we went at 10am and there wasn’t much choices of bread or yogurt left. On the second day we went at 8 and it was much better! Would be nice to offer the same quality of buffet for all three slots.

Great that spa was available but unclean in steam / sauna shower area and lacked ”come relax and stay” feeling. Felt clinical and like a public bath somehow.

Wow what a location! The terrace overlooking Lago Maggiore is stunning, we spent our evenings and mornings here relishing in the views! The room was nice and clean and provides all you need for a comfortable stay. They also provide bikes and transport cards.

The breakfast was a bit less than what I expected for a 4 stars hotel, albeit it was good enough. Kudos to the great coffee machine.

Location, Location, Location. It is just a great place to stay right on the water and within just a couple of minutes walk from all restaurants and shops. We loved it!
