I really liked the service, especially how the cleaning staff took care of my room and made everything neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I didn’t like the Wi-Fi signal, as it was quite slow.

The staff is wonderful and friendly. I was there for 2 weeks so they made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.

The rooms are basic, which is what one would expect from a 2 star hotel at this price point. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were.

Double room with connection door. Clean. The breakfast was relatively rich and tasty.

There was a bad smell of cigarettes in the room that did not go away. There was no inner door in the elevator- maybe you should hang a warning sign.

Clean, comfortable, good sized room with covered balcony, bathroom and separate WC. Central location with access to Ascona lakeside, restaurants and shops. Warm welcome from the staff. Excellent breakfast with good coffee.

It‘s a very nice place to stay - we often stay at Osteria Ticino if we are visiting Ascona - verd nice people, nice rooms and good prices. It is very good located and the breakfest is very nice!

amazing staff always trying to accommodate your needs and being helpful. great breakfast. the room was nice too.

the heating in the room was too strong which we could not control and had to leave the windows open.

Location was great - a short walk to downtown Ascona. The restaurant was very nice, good food, lovely atmosphere and some nice amari to try. They also had a place to keep our bicycles overnight (as we were bike touring).

It was such a great surprise! A 2 stars Hotel that could easily get 4 stars from my side! Staff was incredibly helpful and gentle! They made us feel home immediately. Reception young man that checked us in and the owner were super kind and friendly. We had dinner at Carcani Restaurant, which belongs same owners, and it was phenomenal! We will never forget that fantastic new years evening! Just wait for us cause we will see you for sure in Summer! 🙂
