The check in staff was super friendly. We were in the villa next door which is a very nice place with a convenient walking location next to a staircase directly up from the main street. The room was perfectly clean, although it was a bit hot. An air-conditioner was already in the room, and while this is not the level of "cool" on gets in hotels in SE Asia, and it was a bit noisy, it did cool the room down. And very nice and quiet.

The wifi did not meet expectations. First of all, it wasn't immediately clear to which router we should connect. But even after we had figured out that we needed to connect to the villa router and not the hotel router, the connection was both weak and slow. Our devices would switch to 5G. In 2024, wifi is as important as electricity and water (both of which worked perfectly). Dealing with the connection after a long day of travel is not much fun. Thankfully, we were not there for work.

The room was in a dependance inside a very nice garden

We arrived by train and to access the hotel there was a steep stairs. There was no clear sign of where the reception was so we went all the way up (with the suitcases). While the access to the reception was not so high. There is also the road of course and we discovered after that it was not very long. So if you suitcases we advise to go by the road!

Location very close to the old town but also quiet, quite spacious room, nice window view, breakfast room with a terrace and amazing views, rich breakfast buffet (bread, cereals, musli, cheese, meat, scrambled and boiled eggs, jogurt, fruits, jam,...), tasty coffee! Friendly staff. Clean.

I'd love to have a kettle in the room ☺️

The property is in a central location with a stunning view on the mountains and on the lake. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests.

The Wi-Fi was quite poor in our room but nothing that compromised our stay. Everything was great. Super yummy breakfast.

The hotel is closely to the boulevard area. The staff is amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and flexible with check out time because of our little own and his morning nap.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very polite and cooperative staff. I was supposed to leave at 2 am in the morning. And the receptionist voluntarily offered me bread, cheese, butter and fruits the previous night. Rooms were clean and tidy. I could get my taxi booked easily whenever I needed.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in. Great location. Friendly staff. It was great that we could leave our luggage for a bit on the check-out date so we could explore a bit longer.

Just a personal preference but I think hotels should not be charging you for in-room tea and coffee. Wi-fi was also a little too slow to use any of the hotel-covered TV subscriptions like Netflix.

Price a bit expensive at 200 a night, would value it at 120.00 Parking conditions not ideal at all, parking spaces really tight for a 5m car and exposed to nature

very well located hotel, extremely friendly staff members, nice size of room which is beautifully furnished (although the hotel is a little older), very good price / performance ratio. just a great place to stay! we will come back :)
