Spacious rooms with a wonderful view over the lake and the town. Area is green and quiet, off the busy main street. Despite no staff on reception, there were a few people around helping during breakfast, which was nice. Breakfast itself was better than I expected (at least based on other reviews). Decent selection of sliced meats and cheeses, some fresh vegetables and fruit, eggs, good coffee. No complaints. I would definitely stay there if I visited the city again.

A bit difficult to find a parking spot. Underground garage could be indicated better on signs, it's not obvious how to find it. Bathroom in our room had a huge window into the bedroom, so when it was dark in the bedroom (with windows blinds down to protect it from sunlight), switching lights on in the bathroom would make the bedroom very bright too, which distrurbed our kids' sleep. We were very pleasantly surprised by the facilities - the hotel has clearly had a much more glamorous past life, but it still holds a lot of charisma and personality. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a fairly large closet, a nice desk, a small armchair and a mini fridge with complimentary water. The bathroom was good, and the water pressure was really nice. The bed was okay, although the mattress was a bit thin and the pillows were these classic Swiss-style huge and thin pillows (not my favourite, personally). Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The best thing was the buffet breakfast. Varied, generous and delicious! The staff were friendly and kept restocking the food.

It took us a bit to find the entrance, as the place is massive. There wasn't room service, which would have been nice for a 3-day stay.

It was little bit hard to find it this place. Well better to say it was dark in front of the property on the street that is taking you to the entrance. For someone who is coming for the first time on the motorcycle it was tricky to figure out where the entrance is. I didn’t see the pointers or any direction to navigate me to the actual entrance to the hotel. I had to leave my motor on the street below the property and look for an entrance and where to park a motorcycle. Everything else was great. I would go and visit this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at E-Minusio Hotel! The room was spotless and very spacious, offering plenty of comfort. One of the highlights was the large balcony with a stunning view over the lake — absolutely breathtaking! A peaceful and relaxing atmosphere overall. Highly recommended!

Everything but nothing in special but it has everything you need. we had a view from the back side of the building which was ok but if you pay more you can have a lake view which is wonderful, we had that the stay before.

Digital check in at the lobby. To park your car outside is sometimes a hassle, there are too many cars.

Breakfast was surprisingly nice 👍🙂. The view as well and the e-rooms were pleasantly cooled down with the air-con. Also, we appreciated the options for free parking - which is not standard.

The walk-in registration system and the e-rooms looks etc were somewhat ackward :-/. The 0-human system somewhat creates a feeling of a lower level accomodation.... I think. Good that there was at least some interaction with people around breakfast :-)

The room was a good size and had everything I needed. I liked having the mini-fridge as we were just far enough away from the shops to make getting to them inconvenient. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and cater to special dietary needs as well. Generally the hotel was quiet. The bed was a good size and there was a comfortable chair in the room as well. Good value for money.

The check-in procedures were simple enough but time consuming because there was only one machine and the man trying to check in before me could not figure it out. There was no concierge service, which I knew, but that also meant there was no place to leave your luggage. Thankfully, the train station nearby had luggage lockers. The bathroom could have been a wee bit cleaner. Children and parents shouting in the hallways was annoying and completely unnecessary early in the morning.

Easy check in and out online. Room spacious, clean and quiet, although mine was near the lift. Parking busy, but you have an underground parking nearby. Breakfast buffet style, very nice with fresh food and a nice view.

You can sense the grand history of the place, while the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The automated check-in and check-out system is very convenient - reading documents takes less than two minutes, there was no queue for us, and the door opens easily with a barcode.

Unfortunately, the spa/pool was out of service and not cared for.

Having read some reviews, we weren’t sure what to expect from the e-hotel but it was great. Easy to sign in, wonderful lake views, good sized room, easy car parking. Although it says no staff, we did see some in the morning and they were very welcoming.

A blind at the bathroom window would have been good, especially as it was a family room.
