Everything went well. The staff was really friendly. We extended our stay for a night, and all went just well, and we kept the same room. The breakfast was good with many varieties. The room was spacious and clean. We even got bicycles that allowed us to explore the cities more. The location is fantastic. We had our room on the 4th floor, and the view was just breathtaking. We even received some gifts to carry back home. WE Highly recommend the hotel.

Top notch marks go to the hotel staff: from the front desk reception (on two separate days) to the restaurant bar. Multi-lingual (four languages!), friendly, professional: very impressive. I felt like a welcome guest the minute I walked in the hotel. Bonus: Was upgraded to a room with a much nicer view than the original booking, without me asking. Rooms were large, astoundingly clean. Overall a great stay.

Not a big deal but I couldn't get wifi signal when sitting outside on the balcony. But perhaps this was the hotel's way of telling me that I should really be relaxing more and enjoying the gorgeous view from the upgraded room rather than work all evening staring at my laptop.

The view of the lake is stunning with the huge window and balcony! Alma and other staff members are extremely helpful and so kind. Everything about the hotel is amazing! Easy parking underground with elevators to your room, quiet even on the lake side, fantastic breakfast, clean room supplied with all necessities and location couldn’t be better. We returned a second time on our trip because it was our favorite.

We loved everything and cannot wait to return. Easy access by car and train. Beautiful lobby, lounge, dining and breakfast area over-looking Lago Maggiore. The bedrooms were clean, modern, stylish and excellent workmanship. The bed was extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning. We ate breakfast which was beautiful and plentiful with lovely, friendly staff.

A very very minor thing… maybe have different pillow options as mine was a little too thin (but perhaps perfect for others).

Where should I start! We were traveling with a baby and it was my husband’s birthday. We were very pleased by how they had set up the room to accommodate our baby. There was a baby bed a changing station and a bath tub for the baby. All premium quality and sparkling clean! They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious birthday cake at breakfast on my husband’s birthday! We couldn’t be happier. The staff and the location are two other major advantages of the hotel. It was our second stay and we will definitely go back! Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

The restaurant is under renovation but still it’s not a major inconvenience as there are several great restaurants few steps away that even deliver to your room!

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and beyond that, they were kind and genuine while doing so. The hotel was spacious and immaculate. Our room was comfortable. There were enough outlets. Everything worked as it should have worked.

We wished there had been a bathtub!

great location - 3 mins easy walk from train station, facing the lake front row buildings, great lounge style terrasse to chill, nice & modern rooms, nice for morning jogs along the lake, close to city and easy to hop on ships, busses, trains, close to many restaurants

Again like many of the five star resort hotels that I stayed at very few of any people spoke English and it is the international language so I don't get it.... I just wish these big hotels would realize this!!!

Amazing staff but very few people spoke English at all which is very successful when you're trying to communicate something!

Everything! Wonderful hotel. Stayed two nights instead of one and would have stayed longer if time allowed. Special shout out to Diana on reception. Friendliest of hotels. Her English was amazing and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Breakfast is quite poor. Hardly any choices and they run out quite quickly and are not replenished. Housekeeping is cursory, could clean the room and bathroom more properly
