There's a playground right next to the restaurant/breakfast area, which was very convenient to entertain our daughter while we were finishing up with breakfast The playroom was also nice, our daughter enjoyed it

We were recommended to book 2 deluxe doublerooms for our family of 4 with two little kids (too young to stay separately from us). It turned out to be 2 separate rooms across a hallway, so we each had to stay with one of our kids. In this case 1 deluxe doubleroom with sofabed and cot for the baby would have been sufficient. Just for this reason in our case it was not good value for money.

- Big room with couch and kitchenette (+ big fridge for a hotel) - Big balcony with chair and table - Nice view (sideways lake) - Big bed - Clean - Nice pool, it's not very big but there were never a lot of people - Breakfast was nice but nothing spectacular - Great location (~5 minute walk to train station and to Piazza Grande, directly at the lake) - Friendly staff, almost all of them speak Italian, English, German and French

- Thin walls, we could hear people in the hallway easily - At night there were some vehicles outside that were a bit loud - Saturday BBQ night was a bit pricey, I expected more choices of meat for CHF 60.-- - Pillows were too soft for me (but we still slept well)

- good location - spacious room, spacious balcony, lake view - plenty of wardrobe space - bathroom with a bathtub - coffee and tea machine, new capsules and bottled water every day - bathrobe and slippers without the need for an explicit request - small but adequate pool, plenty of towels available - plenty of choice for breakfast - restaurant and bar open for lunch/dinner

- a couple of times the restaurant service could have been better (was good most of the time) - underground garage has slanted parking places, where a pair of wheels sinks in a kind of holder; this is a bit strange when used, but ultimately ok

We were very grateful our requested room upgrade came through. It was lovely to be in a room with a view. Fabulous location - a short walk to the Centre of town and the boat dock. It was beautiful to have a swim in the pool. There was good variety and plentiful supply at breakfast and delicious dinner at the restaurant.

We were sad to leave as we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great breakfast selection. WE don't have kids but there was a lot of care taken for the youngsters - plastic bowls in the restaurant, a playground etc.

We were unlucky with the weather, but enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the rain instead of getting out.

Location is wonderful. Reception will help you with any enquiries, very efficient and friendly. Cleaning was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and bathroom.

Breakfast buffet was a bit boring, literally never changed in selection during our stay. Would be nice to have more variety in sweet baked goods and maybe in fresh fruits/meats/cheese section.

Big Hotel with Big rooms. The room was very clean and had a nice, spacey baathroom. The room also had a sweet balcony. The hotel has it's own fitness room of which we took advantage and also has a kid's corner with many games to play with in case it is raining outside.

There was a parking possible, inside the facility, but it is really sportive to park there. (It's on an 'iron' platform that is inclined)

Location was great. Room is spacious. Really relaxing spot and kids had a lovely time.

There was one waiter that seemed bent on not making space for us at dinner. Eventually another waiter pointed out that there was plenty of space and let us sit and eat. Once seated all was fine, but it was a stressful moment at small children ended up eating very late.

We were given a large suite-like room. Comfy beds and clean facilities. Bathrooms were modernised and clean. A brilliant breakfast was included in the stay. Used the hotel car park as well. All in order, no issues will surely stay here again if I come to Switzerland. We were greeted by a sweet young lady at the reception during the check-in :)

Service of the staff. They did everything they could think of to make us feel welcome and happy during our short stay. A birthday celebration with breakfast in the room was, with lack of a better word, perfect.

Parking garage is a great convenience en security, but the slanted ribbed ramps on which you park are a bit of a challenge.
