The location was excellent. We were really surprised at the wonderful views and how close it was to the lake. The property is exactly as it appears, directly across the road from the water. Our room was just as described and the view from our balcony looked out across the lake and was absolutely beautiful.

Unfortunately, since we were travelling in the off-season, the restaurant closed early and there was no opportunity to rent a boat from them either. It would have been nice for the restaurant to stay open at least a little longer.

Great attentive staff . Location overlooking Lago Maggiore sunrise looking east . Rooms situated above a busy road. Breakfasts excellent great value in the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake. The beach area was small but private plenty of space for the sun worshiper.

More plug sockets which work with standard European plugs especially in the small kitchen area. The road which runs around the lake divides the restaurant/bar from the residence is busy and noisy but not really a problem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is absolutely stunning — right on the lake with breathtaking views from the room and the terrace. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and I especially loved waking up to the view of the lake every morning. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

Great location, very clean and well equipped. The upstairs balcony is perfect, secluded with amazing views. You can even sit there in the rain. Restaurant bar is lovely too, amazing views and food is very good. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Staff in reception and in the restaurant very helpful and friendly.

Only thing that would be nice is maybe a little coffee and tea pack on arrival. A little more shower gel, but I’m sure we could have got that if we had asked. These are very minor things tho.

The most important part for this accommodation is the view from terrace and balcony. It is breathtaking beautiful. We booked outside of the season so other facilities (bar/beach) were closed. The accommodation is close to some small villages with restaurants and a bakery for breakfast. The apartment was big, good kitchen, clean. Nice beds. Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful and also WhatsApp communication worked flawless. You need a car to get around. Especially in the low season when a lot of restaurants/bars are closed. It requires good driving skills to reach the parking of the accommodation but it is very convenient there is a big spacious parking. Parking at the main road is almost impossible.

The busy traffic at the road starts at 6:00 so for light sleepers earplugs are recommended. Window screens couldn't be closed completely for darkness and maybe the traffic noise was a little less with them closed??

Lovely location, with a fantastic private beach and swimming area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails at the bar and a good selection of food. The breakfast was great, lots of choice. We will return to stay again. Thanks for having us and for allowing our dog Indy to enjoy his first swim in the lake.

Everybody was very nice and considerate during our stay. The apartment was perfectly clean und the view exceptional. If you have a query, it is immediately taken care of. We enjoyed the talking and the good wine as well. Don't just stay for two days, make it at least a week. It's definitely worth it for there is a lot of history to discover...

Good location, if you are traveling by car, great view, good breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent if you are not very demanding and want stay for 2-3 nights to enjoy Lago Maggiore.

No restaurants on walking distance, but Cannero Riviera is not far by car.

Great location and big apartments with beautiful view on the lake both from inside the apartment and from the terrace/ balcony of the apartment. Great to be able to rent boats and pick them up in front of hotel. Also nice place for some food or drinks with view on the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful view, comfortable rooms, the staff were very generous and Silvia kept making sure that we’re not missing anything. I highly recommend it for everyone and especially those who wants a romantic vacation I’ll come back!!!
