I loved the whole experience there! To begin with the hotel location: superbe!! We had the room facing the Lake, very comfortable, everything that we needed was there, super comfortable bed and pillows. The staff members were so friendly, they also speek several languages so that was practical too :) Breakfast so delicious (i loved the cappucino and the eggs) The hotel staff gave us also Ticino reisepass (free tickets for trains and bus in all ticino canton! So we used them to go and visit lugano also). And they gave us also 10% reduction card for one of the very delicious italian restaurant near the hotel. Win-win stay :) I strongly recommend it :)

Excellent stay in the penthouse, better than the pictures which is unusual for a hotel! The terrace was small and cosy, but what a view 🤩 ⛰️ 🥂 Elevator directly into the penthouse was so convenient, and the bean-to-cup coffee machine was fabulous ☕️ Owners were lovely, genuinely cared about their guests, and breakfast was good. Parking was great, location couldn't be better. All in all, it is a very good place to stay 🙌

One of the double beds was at slightly different levels, more comfortable pillows would be an improvement. Nothing else we could think of!

Excellent room and facilities and breakfast. Air conditioning was so nice and cold and they were able to accommodate my request for a feather free room. This hotel exceeded all expectations for both me and my boyfriend. We got a room with a balcony and lake view and it was just breath-taking. Steps from train station, ferry, shopping, the water and so many many incredible places to eat. We didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to return. Our favorite part of our Switzerland trip was our short stay at Hotel Millennium. The staff was so kind and friendly. Thank you so much!!

The location is great, especially if you get a room with a lake view and a balcony - it's amazing. Close to the town centre and train station too. Staff is attentive and helpful. Room was clean and bright. Simple but good breakfast selection, and they offer to cook some eggs separately.

The breakfast room is tiny, feels very cramped and sitting is too close to other guests. There's construction on the street so parking is unavailable, hotel gives a voucher for main city underground parking but it's a pain: we had to wait about 20 minutes till parking staff became available, then it's cache-only, and there's no staff on Sunday (or late evening).

Location at the waterfront is obviously busy, but provided an unexpected bonus - a perfect view of a 25 minute firework display from our balcony! The receptionist was very helpful. Our room & bathroom compact but adequate for an overnight stay. Kettle and tea/coffee making facilities much appreciated, as was complimentary water & fruit. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance nearby for an evening meal. Breakfast provided a good choice. Hotel has 3 parking spaces available with a public carpark adjacent.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Millennium! The warm, family-like atmosphere of this boutique hotel made us feel at home from the start. Ana and Valentina were fantastic—so friendly and attentive. Our room was exceptional, with a stunning view that made every morning special. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and a cozy setting. We highly recommend Hotel Millennium and can’t wait to come back!

Best thing about the hotel is the central location, 5 min away from the train station, bus stop right in front of the hotel with great connections to Ascona, Valle Verzasca, ... Breakfast was rich, with plenty of options, fresh fruits, eggs, ... Very friendly and helpful staff AC available

Nothing - we had a great stay at this hotel!

The location was great, right on the lake, near the train station, near many restaurants and all the attractions. The room, while on the smaller side, was charming - really tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the views from the balcony. The staff were very warm and welcoming and answered any questions we had.

Our balcony was definitely on the smaller side but it did the trick.

Excelent location, 2 min by foot from everything ( train station, Piazza grande and old town, harbour and boats across Lago Maggiore, bus stop to Madonna del Sasso), wonderful view from the balcony, gracious hosts (family run hotel with a cozy feeling)

The breakfast room was quite small for the number of guests, but the personnel quickly set up a table în the nearby lounge

We stayed in the penthouse, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We could use the coffee machine, but not the kitchen, which was a surprise. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, and close to the gondola for Madonna del Sasso and Piazza Grande. Walking distance to everything, right in the center of the city. Very beautiful. Good breakfast.
