The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist during our check-in was very respectful and friendly. The lady during the breakfast hour was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, wide range of options and fresh. The cleaning staff were very thoughtful, they even folded our children's nighties. The location of the hotel is perfect, right near all the main attractions. We recommend the hotel to everyone. We would like to visit again next time. 🤗😀

The sink in the bathroom is kind of small. You have to bend down in awkward position to wash your face. 😂

The location is simply perfect for Locarno, you are dead central! The hotel is also 24/7 which is great. The rooms are fairly quiet and dark, due to the fact you can close the outside shutters.

The breakfast is nothing special and not worth 15CHF (which was optional). However, this is not a problem as there are so many fantastic places walking distance to grab a quick breakfast, which you would want to do in any event. I had a double room, shared, so just be aware the rooms are quite small. Again, this was irrelevant to me because you are in Locarno, so you do not want to spend additional time in the room, but spend it outside with the many things to do! Lastly, the value for money was superb.

Curtains could have been full black-out and more power outlets in the room would be nice. Maybe a bit larger selection for breakfast.

Nothing All Perfect in my opinion

The location is absolutely fantastic for a Locarno city trip. We had a great room with lake view and can only recommend it. Parking is also very close by and although sometimes a problem with these downtown hotels was not an issue or concern for us.

Great central location. Easy 5 minute walk from the train station to Hotel near the lake. Spotlessly clean room which overlooked the lake. Good value for money.

Very convenient for the station and the Piazza Grande with its restaurants. Had a quick but sufficient breakfast before rushing for an early train.

Perfect location, kind staff and nice spacious comfortable rooms.

The early morning cleaning in the neighboring rooms was way too loud and very early in the morning.
