A lovely hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. There were wonderful views from our balcony overlooking Lago di Maggiore and the high mountains beyond. The food in the restaurant was first class as it was in the the Bistrot Imbarcado, which the hotel also runs, and where the seating is alongside the lake. A good ferry service from Porto Valtravaglia makes it easy to visit Stresa, the Borromeo Islands and market day in Luino. We will certainly be back!

Can't think of anything at the moment. The weather during our stay was not great but nothing the hotel could do about that!!!

1. We went there a little late and when informed the hotel, we were well instructed to do the check-in at the restaurant nearby. It was not a problem at all. 2. A very good breakfast was served at the same restaurant- 3. Peaceful and nice area just opposite the Porto Valtravaglia, Lago Maggiore 4. Very good views of Lago Maggiore from the balconies of the rooms.

Beautiful place. Big and comfy bed. Spacious and clean room. Great view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant downstairs. Really good breakfast included.

The massage function in the bathtub was not working although it was described as Spa bath. It was reported to the staff but nothing was done about it. There is no air-conditioning just some kind of ventilation system which is not very effective so it can get hot.

Very good hotel right on the shores of lake Maggiore. Clean and comfortable. Magnificent lake views from the terrace.

The single room was minuscule. There are very few choices of restaurants nearby.

Location at the seaside. Balcony to the see and a great room with a jaguzzi in the bath. Great breakfast in the close-by restaurant and restaurant was good! Very good service!

Bathroom was quite outdated. Room was lacking some basic amenities, e.g. no tea/coffee or kettle in the room, no iron, etc.

The staff was hardworking and eager to help. Andra at the desk was very helpful. They were supportive and accommodating. The front desk spoke English well. Loved the fact that the owner (Massimo) was there to watch over and help out with staff. He was a gracious and jovial host who looked after the clients. Beds were very comfortable (though a duvet would have been a nice touch, though not necessary). Beautiful view of the marina directly across the street. Nice little beach for a leisurely swim. Easy to get to and find. Great for a small family or couple's getaway. Really enjoyed our stay! Would gladly come again.

Sounds from the street were prominent when you have a lakeside view. Fortunately, it's not as noisy late at night. It is a busy street during the day and evening. As they are newly opened, it was a bit chaotic but well-controlled. Reserved parking would have been good, though we found some free parking nearby. Other than that there is not much to complain about.

Great place, close to the Lago, very friendly staff. Will be back again.
