We had our dog with us so they gave us a room with a very lovely balcony in case our need wanted to be outside. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony. The bed was perhaps a bit hard for most people but I found it comfortable. The location was very central and easily accessible on foot or by bus.

The restaurant staff also manned the hotel reception so they weren't very accessible. I appreciate it when hotels provide a bowl of water for your dog, but this one did not.

The room was very nice … clean and everything worked … bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular … fond memories of fresh grapefruit juice.

You should be aware that there is no elevator. I was feeling a little off when I arrived and needed help to get my luggage up to the second floor. This was done immediately, of course, and in a very friendly way. Every member of staff was helpful, friendly, and personable. Some only spoke Italian but this was no barrier. Others spoke German as well.

Friendly (Italian speaking) staff very obliging once we worked out what each other was saying!! Gorgeous little hotel in a quiet part of town. Restaurant lovely too!

Getting in and out was sometimes a challenge - but that may have been because I didn't understand/follow instructions. Staff always very pleasant and helpful - can't fault them.

The kind and welcoming staff, the food (brekkie and dining), the COMFORT (of the bed...where did you buy that mattress?!), and the cozy environment was terrific. Seldom have I/ we had such an all-around perfect experience. I/ we will recommend the hotel (and restaurant) to all.

Place has special flair. All things are simple and functioning It is a quiet place at night Good breakfast.. no modern special food as in some big hotels. Just a good breakfast.

No elevator may be a problem for some people. No problem for a hiker though.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious: two cappucini, croissants, buffet with salmon, cheese, yogurt, jam.

Be aware that Monday is the staff's day off, so breakfast is at the nearby Tibon grill bar and is just cappucio and croissants.

it was a birthday present for my best friend and it was one of the best experience ! because we did not expect that the room is so big and beautiful! we has a sun terrace and it was amazing. the staff was super friendly! very warm and welcome

Noisy, non-functioning air conditioning in room. Room was way too hot. On arrival wasn’t told about code to get in main door.
