The room is really modern and clean. Free drinks in room mini bar. Self-check in is easy but may need to note the room number if you have a multi family at a once like us. The parking lot outside is just a minute by walking. Train station is only 3 minutes by walk. Area around is quiet and it’s easy to find the location. Next day morning check out is also easy and the staff is really friendly. Definitely will come back when we travel to Locarno.

The hotel is on first floor. No elevator from the ground floor to the 1 floor.

I thought the room and bed looked on the small side but I was pleasantly surprised by how well we slept here. This was honestly the best 2 nights’ sleep we have had in a queen sized bed. The mattress absorbed any movement from my other half and was clearly very good quality. The room looked functional but was cleverly laid out and the shower was excellent. Sebastian was extremely helpful with the check in and check out process and giving us advice on what to do in the area. We were very happy with our choice of hotel.

The place was new and in a quiet location (we were there during the weekend). I loved the modern and simple aesthetic. The room was clean and had slippers, free drinks and TV. The bathroom had soap and shampoo and a hair dryer. You can also buy some essentials and food in their common area. Sebastian was very helpful during our check-in and check-out, assisting us in inputting the necessary information in the computer. He also gave advice on where to eat and what to see in the area. The place is very close to the lake where it is nice to walk around.

Restaurants are few and far in between in the area and perhaps because it was off-season, their schedules did not match what was in Google Maps. Bring snacks or plan ahead!

Perfect, clean, modern hotel with exclusive personnel. You would be helped at every point you need, warm welcome, the hotel looks brand new although its 3 years old. All people working there are very dedicated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You have an option of welcome drinks and coffee/tea, snacks, water/local beer, in a hotel and will get tips on all Locarno activities. Bus stop 3 min walk, train stop 10 min walk, Locarno city center 20 min walk. Thank you for making my short stay so perfect. Grazie mille.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming- the room was comfortable with lots of nice features like movement sensitive night lights, and a touch pad control for lights and blinds. Air con was very welcome as it was warm when we visited. Coffee machine in lobby was great and there was a fridge in our room with complementary drinks. Well priced parking available close by (pay on app or at machine) Approx 15 min walk along the lakeside into Locarno.

Amazing little inn with easy self check-in. Rooms are very bright and neat, everything is well designed. There are tons of thoughtful touches (you can even bring a plant of your choice into your room!), the decoration is nice. We’ve stayed there a few times and always look forward to it. The owner and the staff are always very helpful should you need help with anything.

- Non-EU citizens remember to take your passport with you. Only the person who made the booking needs to scan the passport. - Very easy to find. One can either take a bus or a nice walk up till the property. Be prepared for a slightly uphill climb if one plans to walk but it's worth it. - Room had mountain view as advertised. - Room was clean and modern. - Bonus: All the minibar items were free. Not sure if it is usually a thing or some Easter courtesy. - Check in and out was completely automated. However, there is a guy around. He is really polite and nice.

Easy to find, and a good location with a view across Lago Maggiore. Extremely modern and Hi Tech, with fully automated check-in and check-out which is fine but may challenge some users. Excellent mattress. Cheap municipal parking just around the corner.

As mentioned above, the extremely techie set-up may be challenging to operate for some users, although during the daytime there is a friendly concierge to assist you if needed.

I liked about this location everything: location, cleanliness, self checkin, free drinks in the bar, modern interior finishes. You can even rent an electric if you need it. Awesome!

Honestly, I have nothing to add here. (maybe 1 or 2 dedicated motorcycle parking spots would be nice to have. Or maybe there are some and I didn't see them)

The room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. It was very cozy and quiet. We were able to walk the distance to Locarno for entertainment and dinner.

The arrangement with the nearby restaurant didn't work very well. The seemed surprised to see us and didn't really have breakfast options but the coffee was good.
