Hotel was lovely and clean. Very beautiful building. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and helped us book an excursion. You can rent boats from the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty. Not a huge selection, but enough, and very good quality. Room was lovely. Amazing view. We stayed in a suite. Toiletries in bathroom. Small fridge in room. Air con worked well and was quiet. Slept very well. Quiet rooms. As we were in a suite, we had our own sunbed allocated, so no fight to get one. There were actually loads of sunbeds. I don't think anyone got up early to reserve them.

No replenishing of bottled water. You got one bottle, that was it. Not enough pillows in room. We did ask for another and one was brought to us. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No English tv channel. Not really an English tourist hotel French, Italian, but mainly German guests.

Amazing view from our room. The staff at the restaurant in the morning are sooo nice. The breakfast is also okay and the rooms are very clean.

There is a lack of attention to detail for the price of the hotel. When we checked in and when we checked out, nobody helped us with our luggage, while they saw us struggling. For the price of the hotel, i would except more… In the room, no paper tissue, no mini bar. But in general it was still a very nice stay.

Excellent location at the side of like! View of room directly the lake and the mountains! Deilcious and plenty selection foods, comfortable and clear room with large terrace! Many facilities organizig of the hotel! Helpful , polite staff! Safety parking place!

Great location. Vey nice view over the lake. The Junior suites were very nice and certainly big enough. Breakfast was sufficient and most important fresh. Staff was very friendly. Tried to help in any way possible. Boats to discover the lake as well as vespa's to discover the surrounding villages and streets are available for rent. Very comfortable, small scale and personal hotel.

Basically nothing. The town Ghiffa is not so big (as in very small). However If you want to have dinner outside the hotel there are still a couple of options (of which "I filari" was our favorite).

Very nice hotel over the lake, friendly and helpful staff, modernized although a hotel with long history. We loved it, safe for toddlers too (not the beach though) ❤️ good breakfast with great view too.. Pity was not warm enough to swim in their beautiful pool!

It is only accessible by car mainly, cant walk along the lake to and from verbania. But worth it ❤️

Great hotel, staff were on the all, facilities; beach beds, pool, boats, scooters all excellent.

Pool bar good but food offering not so good. Staff didn’t circulate and offer drinks you had to go up and ask. No bar open in hotel during the day. Restaurant menu pretentious and very expensive. Parking was problematic especially at weekends.

We booked a room that was completely different from the pictures. Our friends who booked the same room received a much bigger and newer room than we did. We spoke with the front desk, but they said that there are mistakes in the photos that in "Booking"

The breakfast was fantastic and the view was astonishing. Swimming pool with a beautiful lake view.

No drinking water in the rooms. Cost of the car parking 12 euro per day. No gym and no spa.

The big things (location, facilities, pool, the room - junior suite) were very good.

The little things (choice of food, cost of food, breakfast service, one very slow drinks machine) not so good. Easy to improve the little things - the management needs to read the feedback - not just this one.

The staff were so helpful Valeria was amazing - she ran down the street to ensure we got on the right bus ! The rooms were massive . The facilities are so comfortable you don’t need to leave the hotel

Nothing it really is a perfect hotel , relaxing yet accommodating for a family
