Lovely place close to the most amazing Lugano lake offering quick access to both Italian and Swiss parts of the lake and many nice places like Morcote. We received much larger than expected apartment with own garden, which was a lovely surprise. Hot tub was also a great unexpected addition (available for all guests). Super friendly and helpful staff. Love Lugano lake as it’s very clean, accessible and not overcrowded with tourists like e.g. Como. You can swim in many places. 

It could be cleaner. There are many decorations, which unfortunately gather dust and cobwebs. Shower cabin was misaligned and leaked badly, if not careful. Unfortunately on last day, a heavy smoker arrived in the apartment about ours, so we had to put up with constant cigarette smoke and being overlooked from a balcony. Luckily we only had to tolerate it for one day, otherwise we would have struggled as non-smokers.

First of all, I would like to point out that the host is extremely helpful and extremely polite! The accommodation is calm and quiet, it is easily accessible, it is close to the center, it can be reached on foot within 5-10 minutes. Switzerland is close, the neighboring settlement is already there, you can even take the train from here. The view?!?! ..... well, you have to see it! Thanks for everything Giancarlo!

Good price-quality ratio and good location to reach Lago Maggiore and Lugano. Shops and restaurants are nearby, within walking distance if you don't mind the climb back up. The decoration is tasteful and interesting with lots of fun details, there are enough hooks to hang our coats, and lots of drawers to place our clothing and personal items. Lighting is cozy and beds comfortable. The kitchenette is equipped with the basic cooking utensils. There is a washer and hair dryer and more than enough towels in the bathroom. Wifi is reliable and fast. The host is extremely accommodating and provided great tips for the area.

There is no option to use Netflix on the TV provided (or perhaps it was not obvious to me). And the access to the building is not step-free - there is a short flight of stairs before the entrance (manageable without too much luggage). The electric kettle looks a little old with stains so I didn't dare to use it.

We had a wonderful stay. The view was absolutely stunning, the place was spotlessly clean, and the facilities exceeded all expectations. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout.

Beautiful Place Location near the Garda Lago by foot Wonderful Pool and sauna Plenty of Parking place for cars So many way and sentinels to walk around Great Italian restaurants and Gelato all around 😊❤️

Giancarlo was very helpful and responsive. We ended up with a very late check in (flight was delayed) and Giancarlo accommodated this and late check out. Provided tips / area info and provided clean sheets / towels over our stay. Location had a great view and parking available. A car is useful as property is up a hill.

No major issues / concerns with the property.

Owners' availability. The fishy wallpaper in the sleeping room, the unicorns watching over the living, general cleanliness, linen availability, sight from the balcon, proximity to hot spots and quietness.

Windows framework is perfect and brand new, but they don't tilt, making night ventilation difficult.

Eerything was impeccable and the big pkus was it has a Jacuzzi. The Owner is super friendly and helpful and you can reach him at anytime.
