The location. the pool, the lake :)

Pillows in the beds - they were rock hard and very uncomfortable. The second bed (the sofa bed) was extremely noisy - making it hard to get some sleep as every time you turned it would wake up the entire apartment. Lack of plates, forks, knives etc. There was only 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 spoons and 4 plates. Would have been nice if it had been better equipped. No filters for the coffee maker - and _completely_ imposible to find any in any of the supermarkets we went to. The mokka pot was good though, but time consuming making 4 cups of coffee every morning. :)

Fantastic location-though only if you have your own car/bike. Pone Cerosio is a nearby rail head but getting public transport is a challenge. The place itself is a residential complex with underground parking on the lakeside with kayaks/boats available for hire. There is a spa on site with a functional swimming pool with loungers. The apartments are compact but perfectly adequate with reasonable views. There is limited provision of toiletteries/dishwasher liquid etc which is quite adequate for 4-5 days beyond which you will need to get your own.There is a largeish carre four nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The airconditioner, a first of our accommodation in Italy. Nice spacious Rooms with lovely white soft towels. The main bedroom's bed were very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and spa. Marina the receptionist were also very kind and friendly. The dishwasher in the kitchen was also an additional benefit.

Our unit had no view. Construction work opposite or at the back of our apartment caused a lot of noise close to our bedrooms early in the morning.

It's a really nice place to stay. The location is perfect. The lake is right in front of the hotel. The boardwalk with restaurants and cafes is very close. The wellness is small but really nice, perfect after a nice walk. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. We have a small kitchen, a little garden in front of the room to chill. We traveled with our dog. They are pet friendly. I can just recommend this apartment's 👌

The jacuzzi and the sauna room was fantastic! The jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer, but still it was still nice. The room was great with plenty of space to hang out and cook and eat. The outdoor sitting was beautiful as well. Easy walk to the restaurants or a stroll along the lake!

On the -1 floor there was some sort of water leak. It left the floors wet and dangerous to walk. We took the elevator, thank you for having one! The leak made the hall and elevator smell "musty" which was concerning and nasty to breathe.

Modern. Clean. Blackout blinds (overslept for 1st in years!) Terrace where you can have a coffee. Warm inside. Lovely walk along river to town centre. The 2 ladies at reception were great and very communicative via WhatsApp

Check-in times stipulated on reservation was later than anticipated but I called the property to have an earlier check-in which they gladly accommodated. Public transport not always at regular times (should you not want to walk the 1.7km into town)

Location was great! Staff were great!!! Prices were reasonable. Facilities were beautiful! The village was really nice!

The sofa bed wasn’t really comfortable enough to sleep on, but I think that is normal for sofa beds. 4-5 people would have been perfect! 6 people, with two on the sofa bed was to much. And the payment method in the laundry room wasn’t very efficient. We ended up having to spend more coins just to open the washing machine door to get our cloths out when it was done.

The property has everything, pool, sauna, gym, laundry room, and free and secured parking space inside the gated compound. Close walking distance to restaurants by the water, and the walking path will lead you to the Italy-Swiss border and to the train station. Great 25 minute scenery walk!

No coin change machine in the laundry room. We were on a 7-country Europe road trip, and had been on the road for a week when we stayed in this property, so we needed to do some laundry. It would have been nice if they had a coin changer since bills are not accepted. We didn’t have enough euro coins plus there were issues with the washers not spinning and draining the water, resulting in our clothes still soaked and wet. We ended up finishing our laundry from a nearby laundry service place.

It is facing the lake, we had a beautiful terrace (sadly the weather was bad), bed very comfortable, staff was welcoming and it is very safe (closed gate for entrance and parking).

The spa was not directly accessible from our building we had to go outside (it was cold and raining), and there is not much space to change at the spa or lockers. Not super practical but the small pool/jacuzzi was warm and 3 sauna/hammam too.

All was great. It is brand new building and all facilities. Floors with heating, good furnished kitchen, designed for comfort - there is wonderful backyard with lakeish view. It is private closed territory. Great WiFi. We plan to back there some time- so got it was.

It is a little bit hard to get to your apartment if you go from parking. We turned to a B section instead of A and the it takes us around 10 min to find it - as a result we went through parking to the entrance and then we found the apartment!
