We loved the staff that were welcoming and always responded to our needs. The cleaning crew was amazing, paying attention to all the details and respecting the times we were in the room. The garden was lovely to sit and enjoy some calmness. The swimming pool was small but refreshing. The staff at the breakfast was very helpful and always there to serve and help.

The first day that we arrived as it was very hot, especially inside the room we would have appreciated some A/C. The fan provided didn't make the air any cooler. The other days the temperatures have dropped a bit and it was better, the fan was ok. Secondly, the temperature of the fridge was not cool enough although we changed it to the maximum capacity, so if you want to keep some refreshing water in there it can be tricky.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Close to Restaurants, lake and outdoor activities. Beautiful and peaceful Garden and Pool. 10-15 minutes only (by foot) from the Train Station.

The hotel is located not far from the centre of Caslano's amenities, such as they are in a small place. We were looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to put our feet up for a few days on a European road trip. The rooms are large and comfortable and breakfast was exceptional. Although we didn't use it, the pool are and surrounding terrace were lovely. I'd definitely stay here agin if in the area. I should also say that the lake is beautiful!

Excellent Continental breakfast in an idyllic garden setting. Elegant presentation and a wide selection of fresh healthy foods. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.

Nice, friendly, clean, comfortable, classy, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the lake, WiFi, good breakfast, car parking in front of the hotel. Very good; definitely is a 4 star and not a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast is very good, but perhaps could be made perfect with some warm dishes (scrambled eggs, toast, etc) in addition.

This is a tranquil haven five minutes walk from the lovely, old town of Caslano and the lake. The pool area is spacious and surrounded by beautiful trees and the garden below is majestic and extensive. Although dinner is not served, immediately opposite is a family-run restaurant that serves traditional dishes for a reasonable price. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast on the terrace in the garden.

Good location in walking distance of the village, the train station and also the Ponte Tresa Market. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Rich breakfast with a good variety of choices.

The staff was extremely helpful. We were traveling with our 1-year-old and they had a great crib set up. They also provided us with a Tea Kettle to meet our need for an early morning tea.
