It was a pleasant surprise - not a room but huge apartment actually, with all appliances you may need ! One can prepare and have breakfast in the room at convenient time - host provides you with pastry, jam, bottled water, yogurt, milk… coffee from the coffee maker was excellent! Parking place in front of the building, with train station few minutes away. Lugano is 25 minutes by car. Highly recommended to explore the lakes area.

Beautiful apartment with balcony in the heart of Ponte Tresa. Very nice hosts. Breakfast items and plenty of bottled water were provided. Air condition worked great. Good value for money.

The beds, especially the sofa bed, are well worn and not very comfortable. The sofa bed is also very noisy. Air condition not available in the bedroom.

Advertising iron included with room but only one iron between all the apartments so first come got the iron. There should be an iron available if included in the list of what is included when you book.

Friendly owner, perfect separate room for kids, airconditioned and with a large balcony. Location near the lake with good restaurants. Nice barroom with good shower.

Asked for twin beds for four people. Was provided full bed and two camping cots in the kitchen.

Great central location. Lovely balcony. Everything you need is there. Breakfast supplied is plentiful but very Italian style. There is a wee fridge.

I booked this place because it said there was air conditioning. There was only a ceiling fan. This was an issue when it was 36 degrees. I wouldn't stay again in the summer but otherwise it was great.
