The location between the train station and the lake is outstanding! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious but not all have air conditioning. Rooms are clean with amenities. Dogs are welcome even in the restaurant. Parking onsite for a fee. Restaurant has a waterfront view and the food was well-prepared. Outside terrace is wonderful for relaxing or drinks.
Hotel is slightly dated.

We stayed at Teresa Bay Hotel on a long drive to the Italian coast from the UK. We arrived tired and weary and left refreshed. The view from our superior room over the lake was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and hot water was plentiful. We used the hotel parking for a small fee. The restaurant also overlooked the lake, so we had a couple of wonderful meals served by really friendly staff. The hotel is a really good base for exploring the area. I highly recommend it.
The pillows were like empty bags of fluff.

Convenient ,just cross the street you can find the hotel from the train station. Clean,the room is big and clean. Staff,friendly and helpful Really enjoyed my stay at Tresa Bay Hotel thank you !

Beautiful location and views from the balcony. Lovely dinner in the restrant and breakfat next morning too.

Very friendly staff, room very nice, spacious with lake view, clean, convenient and wonderful location.
Just the shower curtain which always sticked to the body while showering but its just a small thing.

Beautiful view across the lake, likeside property, very close to Ponte Tresa market on Saturday which was the reason for our stay. Great chairs on the large balcony perfect for absorbing some sun in Autumn! The hotel is located less than 100 m from the train station which connects to Lugano in 30 minutes.
Not a fault of the hotel but the walk towards Caslano is not very attractive along the busy road, also the hotel is located right on the lake (wonderful!) but with a busy road along the back of the premises which is fairly loud when sitting outside. Having said that, the windows shut tight so noise is not an issue when indoors and the windows are closed.

Breakfast was good. View of the lake beautiful. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
We had a room that was not yet renovated. Bathroom was dated. Would Choose superior renovated room next time.
