I stayed twice and loved the warm welcome by the staff- also I was suprised by the quality of food in the restaurant, especially the pizza was very delicious. Location is easy to find and just few minutes away from the center and lake, just 2mins from the Swiss border.

I want to be honest - the Economy room is basically a basement. Don't expect any luxury for the price, also for someone who has light sleep, I wouldn't recommend it because it can be quite noisy but for me it was totally fine.

Very spacious, with glorious views. Comfortable bed and large onsuite.

For large onsuite, the shower was unusually small. Would be good if it had a kettle in the room.

The staff Behavior was excellent. The breakfast was freshly cooked, and it included freshly brewed coffee, fresh orange juice, bread, croissants etc. The location is excellent with lake view. There are couple of restaurants nearby as well.

We wanted a place to spend night and thus not planning to pay fortunes. This was perfect value for money with great breakfast included in the price and free onsite parking.

Its not at all a fancy hotel but not bad either if you are going to be outdoors most of the time. Staff doesn’t speak English atall but their friendly approach helps.

The breakfast was great: coffee, ham and cheese, biscuit, orange juice, bread and a pastry. And we got some refill of bread and coffee. The staff was nice. There was space to park the car. There was a fridge in the room and the bed was comfortable.

The bedroom looked more like a motel room, we could hear the cars from the passing road really loud and fortunately we arrive a bit late when the restaurant above the room was closing because we could hear everything from there. The room was basic.

This place should not be rented to nobody!!! It is a horror and should be taken legal action to close it! The room that we stayed in was DILAPIDATED! Even the light in the room could not be switched in the room, but outside of the room! Furniture dates from 60s, 70s and 90s of the 20th century and can be described as a GARBAGE. Fridge in the room is hilarious and VERY loud🤦‍♀️! And the view - this is not a joke - when you move the (dirty) curtains you can see the panel on the window--it is a "smart" solution, because the room is situated directly by the terrace 🤦‍♀️😂!!! Regarding the TV - I didn't know that you can even buy so small TV, that it is even produced in this size (it is a size of a bigger tablet). The wires of TV, the fridge and antenna were in the air all around. And now comes the bathroom. As mentioned accurately on Booking, it was not in the room, but outside of the room, what is really not a problem. The problem was that it looked like nobody have stepped in since last century. According to the dust behind the radiator, it was not cleaned also so long. In the shower cabin was fan - plugged in and the shower was pointed directly to the plugging 🤦‍♀️. We have opted for not using it at all. The staff was very friendly, I must say, although nobody spoke anything but Italian. The evening when we came one of the cooks spoke English. We haven't seen him later. I belive the food is good. We just had some drinks to knock ourself out - to be able to sleep in THAT, above described room, and it was to late to look for another accommodation. The breakfast was fine. The restaurant has a lake wiev. It is a pity that the owner does not invest a little bit of money to make accommodation units decent. I am sorry I can't put more photos, but only 4.
