The room was spacious, very clean, large bathroom with good towels and toiletries. We had large terrace with amazing view at the lake. We got 2 bottles of water every day, not on arrival only. Coffee machine prepared good coffee. Fridge of minibar was enough large allowing us to put fruits and another purchased goods. Breakfast was very good and served on the terrace, the staff was very polite and helpful.

The location is breathtaking -right on the water -you could not get a better position on the lake. The convenience of having a restaurant ( two) on the property was great not to have to leave after a long days drive .Our room was very clean with nespresso machine and gowns provided -such a special property !

Everything about the hotel was great except we found the male owner very unfriendly-not sure why but not even able to greet and makes one feel very unwelcome-the rest of the staff and female owner however were lovely I think if you are in the hospitality industry one should try at least to be more charming -I thought it was a bad day but after reading comments on various platforms seems like the norm .

The location was a little out of the centre, but we were able to walk to town or drive. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had lovely views and had what we needed. It was clean, and towels changed daily, though we were happy to keep our towels and save water and the environment. Breakfast was fine. We had dinner in the Osteria and found the food was very average. The decor of the hotel was a little dated and could use an update.

Wonderful view from balcony right over the water. Snow capped mountains in the distance and beautiful lake view. It's a 12 minute walk from the train station which is right next to the ferry dock. Easy to take the ferry to the Borromeo Islands. The indoor heated pool was spectacular. With great views of the lake. The water temperature was 84°F and very pleasant.

The 12 minute walk from the train station is a little challenging. It's a curvy road without much sidewalk, so keep alert as cars pass by.

Beautiful place with access to swim in the lake just 20 paces from the lift. Family run hotel with 15 rooms, and a great restaurant in the Michelin guide. Wonderful spa for such a small and bijoux hotel! The traditional family service which is still the best of this special area of Lago Maggiore - brilliant! Grazie.

Very clean and comfortable room, and the staff was very helpful. The view of the lake from the balcony is great, and a very good breakfast.

Hotel itself is very nice - a good place to stay. The one drawback is the walk to the hotel. The last part of the walk is up a narrow mountain road. It is not steep at all, but is a little harrowing giving the curves in the road.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE - Family owned hotel & spa, on the lake. Human size. Sympathatic team. Restaurant is excellent and the wine card is just crazy ! The spa is brand new, nice swimming pool, with sauna, turkish bath, showers, transat with view on the lake. Nice room all with view on the lake and montain. Nice parking even for big car... WE DO RECOMMAND THAT PLACE !

Breakfast was fantastic, especially on the terrace over the lake. Our room (with a view of the lake) was spacious and always clean. The owners were very helpful, thank you.

The only minor complaint - sometimes there was air conditioning noise from the kitchen!

Perfect location excellent view of the lake short walk to nearest town very clean and modern facilities very friendly staff they couldn’t do more if they tried . Would happily go again great food much enjoyed ourselves

All rooms have a balcony with a view to the lake. There’s also a free parking lot right next to the hotel. We spend in our clean and spacious room for two nights and loved our stay.

..there were quite a few spiders on the balcony roof but I suppose that is pretty normal in such warm and humid conditions.
