Perfect stay! Daniela is an excellent host! The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, great value for money. We enjoyed chatting with Daniela over breakfast (she speaks great English, the communication was easy and flawless). Not only the accommodation was great, but Daniela made our stay excellent by paying attention to details from giving us some chocolate eggs on Easter Sunday to offering us umbrellas when going out, due to the rainy weather. You can tell by the decoration in the room that Daniela is an artist, who put a lot of work into creating a warm and cozy ambience. Every detail is tailored to the room's vibe, even the house rules are not just a print, but a carefully created self made booklet that matches the room's theme. Bonus fact: Daniela creates beautiful jewlery, and we bought a couple of bracelets that she made - no need to visit a souvenir shop, if you stay here ;)

Beautiful, colorful rooms, each with a theme: decorated to the finest point (ours was movies). Away from the busier streets, we had quiet and peace. Our host Daniela was very welcoming and served a lovely breakfast every day.

Not good WiFi coverage: but not our host’s fault- as we know very well from our own house, some areas just don’t get good WiFi.

The place is cozy and nice. It feels at home. The host Daniella is very good. The location is walking distance from the train station and from attractions in Gavirate.

The narrow roads leading to and near the hotel makes it less attractive to guests with cars.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Tre Arti, just perfect for a family of 5 taking two rooms. The kitchen space was super to have access too and the hosts so friendly and helpful.

Nothing, it was in a perfect location to the center of Gavirate and so comfortable.

Gavirate is a hidden gem and Tre Arti is a hidden gem in the hidden gem. Welcoming owner, beautiful old house carefuly restored with a nice garden and a safe place for your bike.

The hosts and accommodations were wonderful. We felt very welcomed in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The hosts helped us make some arrangements for our trip that were difficult to do ourselves. We enjoyed the cats, talking to the other guests, and relaxing in the courtyard. The location is in a quiet, charming, older part of town, with easy walks to great restaurants and the lake.

I like to read so would prefer brighter reading lights that are not blue next to the bed.

Most importantly; our hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and comfortable with all the facilities we could have wanted. The Location was perfect for visiting the town centre or lakeside by foot and all other towns by car. Breakfast was excellent. We will definately be visiting again.
