We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the charming Il Nido, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible hosts, Maria Theresa and Emilio. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome, and greeted us with refreshing iced tea and delicious snacks after our journey. Every morning, they prepared a beautiful breakfast spread, complete with a delicious homemade Italian cake that changed daily, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch! Their hospitality was truly above and beyond; always cheerful, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view that made waking up each morning a real treat. Maria Theresa’s kindness and attention to detail made this stay feel extra special; it was more than just a place to stay, it definitely felt like home. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return someday!

The house is really nice and sparkling clean. The views of the lake are great and we even had our own little terrace with seating to enjoy it. Maria Theresa is an extremely welcoming host and took great care of us making breakfast. It was so abundant, I don't think we ever ate out for lunch somewhere because she always packed us fruit and some of her daily freshly baked goods.

This is a big house that now has different rooms with terrace and access to the big garden. We found it fantastic, like going for vacation to yours grand mother house . We took the breakfast, a fantastic breakfast, with a view of all the lake . It was so nice. The owner helped so much with tip and company and smiles. Thank you very much, we will come back.

Some small renovations must made especially as the bathroom is not connected directly with the room but finally that was a minor issue

What a fantastic experience! We have never met such kind and helpful hosts. The house was beautiful, the atmosphere was great, and the breakfast was lovely, even with a different homemade cake every day. Most recommendable!!

lovely b&b, host were fantastic! Mary made a little package of cake for the day so we had a snack, she made fresh bread for breakfast and homemade yogurt dish which was fantastic

the bed was very hard for my liking, however overal the rooms were great!

We went to IL NIDO AL LAGO with my husband and we had a fantastic time in this place. We felt like we were in the family. In the morning a tasty breakfast with local specialties, a nice exchange with Maria Theresa, and then you can spend all day exploring the region. There are many things to see. I hope one day we will come back.

Eventually, we like every moment. The owner was very welcoming and sweet. Is the best place if you are looking for peace and quiet.
