Excellent communication from the hotel prior to arrival.They checked arrival / departure times for the free shuttle service to Malpensa ( a 20 minute ride) . Arriving in winter the bedroom was very well heated as was the bathroom.Clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.Dinner was very good.,We chose the set menu and the food was very good and huge portions 😁. We did not have breakfast as we left at 06.20 and breakfast starts at 06.45. The shuttle bus was super reliable and turned up 5 minutes early which is helpful.Helpful staff and helpful driver.Will stay here again as it is ideal for the airport.

The wall and the chairs were a bit dirty, there was nothing on the table, the room wasn't prepared. We had to ask for glasses, for cattle to be able to cook tea. Anyway, we were supposed to have some little coffee tea, but they did not have this facility. This was a four star hotel. Please, paint the Walls and put tea and coffee+ sugar for the guests. It'd make your hotel better. And put the cattle to the table. We appreciated your transportation, we'll come back and we'll write a review again about your hidden treasure. We want you to develop the facilities in the room. Change the chairs, they were very dirty. All the best to your hidden treasure!!!!! 💖💖💖

I totally recommend this hotel! We stayed only one night as we flew late to the Milan airport and we wanted to rest for the night and the next day we were on our way to les sybelles for a ski vacation. As soon as we took our luggage we texted the hotel and the driver was waiting for us at terminal 1 exit 5. The menu at the restaurant was delicious and a full 4 course menu enough for two people was only 18€ and it was delivered to our room as we were very tired! The next morning breakfast was excellent and equivalent to a 5* hotel!

Very cosy and friendly hotel, one of the best I ever had for overnight layovers. Especially I liked: - airport transfers that are included (20 months from airport) - possibility to have a late dinner upon arrival (at additional price, it it was absolutely worth it, as dinner was delicious) - great breakfast (included in room rate), with fresh orange juice, fruits , bakery, etc.. - big hotel territory with swimming pool, garden and kids playground (!) - great value for money

There was only one minor issue I encountered during my stay: the WiFi was slow. However, in my case, it didn't matter much as I was more focused on enjoying the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere.

I met my friend in the airport and the staff allowed me to pay a bit extra and invite her to my room as well, they replied quickly and provided all the required information. The transfer was well-organized. We had a very friendly and polite driver. I loved breakfast. There were options for vegans, especially, I enjoyed making orange juice. The lady in the cafe was very helpful, careful and proactive. Many thanks!

The setting and decorations are beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to book and find. The driver was friendly and drove very well. I hope to be able to stay there again.

Just one minor thing, some of the bedrooms are in a different building than the reception so, if you don't have a car, you have to bring your luggage to reception and then out again.

Located 20mins from Milan airport in quiet countryside. It has a lovely family atmosphere with rooms located around the pool. Staff were really helpful in advice on where to park and how to visit local attractions. Perfect for Milan, Como and Arona

Having read previous reviews we were a bit worried about what we were going to get but went with an open mind which really helped. Yes, the hotel is old and accommodation could do with an upgrade, however the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels etc and have everything you need This is reflected in the price being reasonable. Again, the staff are really kind and helpful and it had a lovely family atmosphere and a beautiful location

We liked the breakfast

We ordered a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. There was a delay of the flight and I didn’t want the driver to wait for us so I continued to update including the flight number. We landed at 3:15am instead of 1:15am, the driver was supposed to wait with a sign. But when we arrived he was not there, when I called he said he would come in An hour ie, 4:15am. Meaning an hour late. We couldn’t take a taxi because the room key were with the driver. So we found ourselves waiting in The middle of the night with children who did not sleep the entire flight on the floor of the airport waiting for the taxi. Needless to say that we didn’t even get an apology when he finally arrived an hour late. No apology from the hotel either. The hotel room itself was fairly clean.

Nice houses, warm and cozy for cold winter, pretty area with forest and river, staff very helpful, free shuttle to&from the airport the best part, check out at 1pm

You can hear what is happening next door and outside, stairs in the rooms with bed upstairs are quite steep
