Staff were extremely friendly - nothing was ever a problem. Alessandro who checked us in was exceptional - especially as we came in on a very late flight into Milan MXP. Our room was close to an air conditioning unit which was too loud for me. Alessandro kindly moved us to a different room (which he didn't have to do at 1 am in the morning!).

Some parts of the hotel looked tired. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Milan MXP and it cost us approximately 25-30 euros. Hotel does run a complimentary shuttle service but times are very limited. However, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

I stayed for one night only and arrived early evening to the hotel, the room was clean and large, the hotel is in good condition and very close to the airport. The free of charge shuttle bus to the airport was a plus and appreciated. The staff members at the reception were pleasant and helpful.

Strange enough, they did not spare a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is weird! the price per night is not cheap (about 100 Euros), they can afford to offer a small bottle of water for late arrivals, that would cost less than the power consumption to the take the elevator down to buy one....

Really beautiful, cosy and modern hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Quality pillows and blankets. Good breakfast, extra points for coffee variety. Definitely perfect choice for staying the night after or before your flight.

Poor quality of cleaning and extremely warm room temperature that you cannot change. Gladly in February you can open window without bug attack.

Having just endured a few hours of hell at the airport & the rudest taxi driver ever, it was so nice to have the most wonderful/polite/helpful receptionist. Having booked breakfast I realised I would have checked out before breakfast is served. The receptionist arranged a 'packed meal' . Needed a taxi for 0400hrs, the receptionist organised and was considerable cheaper than the one I had taken to get there during the day!!! couldn't have asked for nicer staff, very pleasant surroundings

Very close to the airport. The staff were helpful. It was newly refurbished so everything was brand new and clean. Hardly anyone was there it was nice and peaceful as it was their week opening.

It’s far from the city, which I didn’t realise at no fault of my own. As the hotel was in its first week of opening it was a bit slack, hardly anything was available which was a shame if your opening this should have been ready. We were unable to use the bar due to no staff, the food menu was limited as again there was no staff. What was available was good however.

Nice clean hotel, close to the airport. They provide free transfer during the day, and can order you a taxi for 25 euro at night. We chose it because of the early flight from Malpensa airport.

It was cold in the room, and we didn't find how turn off the AC or how to do it warmer. It only gave us to change for couple degrees, but it was still pretty cold. Also, a bit hard to come from Milan without car. It takes 46 minutes train and 24 minutes to walk(not the nicest area to walk either).

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was good size and very clean. The hotel 12 mins from Malpansa Airport Milan which make it very convenient for us to rest overnight before hiding to airport.

It's very basic and no much things in the room or toilet amenities. It's not best option if you want to visit the city centre as its 45 min a away from Centre of Milan

The room was clean, good size, tea/coffee facilities, great shower and cleansing products. Fridge in room, wonderful air conditioning.

The check in service was slow as there were a number of people complaining about slow bar service-the reception staff were the only visible staff and they got pulled into the annoyance of people wanting drinks. Really not fair on the reception staff as they were distracted and overloaded. Please improve visibility of people on the floor at peak times!

Breakfast is pretty average but has all basic options. Our room was clean, modern and quiet. Very close to the airport, 15 min by car. Several very good local (pizza) restaurants, which can be reached in 5-10 min drive. The staff is very helpful and approachable. Free parking on the site.

Nothing in particular. Surprisingly, the hotel has a quite low rating on booking.com and had not many visitors during high season.

The location is great for the airport. Staff are great. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, obviously an upgrading that works perfectly

Replenishment of hot items at breakfast was disjointed and slow. One lift out of order for cleaning staff at a busy time. Other lift unreliable
