This is a typical older Italian hotel. Charming and retro. Rooms were nice and big. Clean and nice. Also had a nice restaurant. We enjoyed pizza and salad. Walk to shuttle for airport or have the hotel arrange a pick up like we did.

Beds could be more comfortable. Typical European twin bed set up. Could have used toppers. No chargers for phones by bed or convenient outlets. Property should change out light fixtures by beds to modern ones that have usb\s charging ports. Would be an easy fix that doesn't require re-wiring.

Located in a quiet, small village, this is a small friendly family run hotel, 1.5 km from Malpensa Airport, value for money. The free airport shuttle from Terminal 2 takes you to the Case Nuove bus stop in 5 minutes, with a 5 minute half km walk thereafter. The hotel arranges a taxi for Eur 10-00 if you do not wish to walk to the bus stop and take the shuttle. A comfortable, easy walk with light luggage.

Could be a hassle walking from the bus stop to hotel with heavy luggage and a bit confusing locating the hotel, so best to rely on Google maps. The restraunt closes at 9-00 PM, so late arrivals should be plan dinner.

Our flight was severe delayed. We could fortunately book and stayed here, but we arrived around midnight. Nevertheless Paolo and Filippo welcomed us, they are so gentle and friendly. I told them that my friend was sick, they gave us hot water and some tea then. Of course our room was very clean and organised. Paolo and Carolina gave us lovely smile and prepared breakfast for us. We were very lucky to have a great coffee and croissant in the morning. Delayed was unlucky but we are very lucky to see them. They made our day, grazie mille!

My plane arrived past midnight after the hotel reception was closed but an arrangement was made for someone to come and give me my room key and a bottle of water upon my arrival at the hotel. I thought that was an exceptional customer service. Thank you.

I didn’t have time to explore the entire facility because I came in very late and left very early

Airport shuttle was 2 blocks away and easy to catch. We stayed because we were leaving out of MXP the next day. There isn't anything to see here but the train into Milan was easy to get to.

The grounds of the property needs some attention. The price was high but one of the lowest in the area for the date that said the property served our needs and we were pleasantly surprised overall

Location especially if you need to stay near the airport + value for money. It was one night (for me) and this was the cheapest option that just made sense to me! Also had an early flight the next day and the shuttles were easy to navigate to and reliable in expecting. Was happy to see a restaurant attached that was good tasting food and good prices — overall, good spot

Quick and easy to the airport. Free shuttle was easy to figure out and the staff provided a great deal of assistance/information any time I needed it. Staff really went out of there way to make sure I had what I needed and that I was comfortable.

Because it's so close to the airport, there isn't a lot around (grocery stores, etc.). However, there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Hotel is comfortable, well located for Malpensa airport and if you are travelling by car, very close to motorways. Food in the restaurant was inexpensive and good quality.

There are steps everywhere! Even my room had steps as you entered (not ideal when carrying bags and cases). My room was cold and the air conditioning/heating very noisy. I had to take a blanket from the wardrobe and put it on the bed

The staff were wonderful! Our easyjet flight was so delayed that we had to make this emergency booking, the night of, to stay in Milan unexpectedly. They were due to close but stayed for us to check us in! Wonderful hospitality!

Close to the airport and close to free shuttle bus. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I was a solo female traveller and had to book last minute when my flight was cancelled. They lent me a charger when my adapter didnt work and their chihuahua Emilio is so sweet.
