We've stayed here several times now. First, the rooms are vast and the beds huge and superbly comfortable. The restaurant is as good as anything you could hope to find in Italy. We had a delicious dinner with superb Tiramisu - and we've had many over the years. The beds are great and the hotel always gives us a nice room. We are able to leave our car in the hotel whilst travelling by train in Italy - and the rate for the parking is very reasonable. This hotel is used by air-crew and those staying pre and post flight I think, as well as by locals who undoubtedly must love the restaurant. Breakfast too is a big spread of excellent choices - delicious cooked breakfast. The hotel is a bit out of the city - but Malpensa with its train facilities is close by and accessible by the hotel shuttle. The reception staff are really nice and helpful. Great hotel.

Just one thing I would wish for - a hand-held shower in the bath as the overhead shower makes everything take much longer; especially hair washing.

This was a great apartment with a simple check-in and in a location with easy access to public transportation! The host was extremely communicative regarding how to check-in and unlock the apartment building and key box ourselves remotely; having been through rather unpleasant and difficult check-ins, this was perfect and exactly what I’d like all check-in all to be! Additionally, I greatly appreciated the tips that the host provided regarding public transportation and the grocery store across the street, it was extremely useful and proactive of them. There is a bus line with a stop right in front of where the apartment is located that takes you straight to Termini where you can catch a bus or train to anywhere in Rome and more. This was the perfect place for us to rest after our long days of touristing, the beds were comfortable, the shower was clean and while the full kitchen wasn’t too much use to us, it was a great touch to see it was fully stocked with any utensils you may need if cooking “at home”. The elevator up the apartment was a bit janky, but useful with some patience. Overall, this was a great apartment with helpful and attentive staff, 10/10 we would stay again!

We had to find a hotel as our flight was cancelled, The best offer was a hotel in a town near the airport connected by shuttle- and this hotel fulfilled that. The shuttle was convenient. At the hotel the staff was freindly and helpfull, and the rooms reasonable. Breakfast (additional charge) was fine.

The room for two was a bit narrow. They charged us for the shuttles- the only way to get in and out of the hotel -and we needed a shuttle to get to Milano in the spare day we got. The shuttles to the airport end at 24:30...but we had a flight at 05:30... The hotel appearance a bit outdated.

I liked the fact that the rooms are large, the beds enormous and very comfortable - exceptionally so for someone who has a bad back. I wasn't wild about the green silk wallpaper decor but overall the rooms were superb and I imagine that if you stayed in the summer you'd have a great swim in their lovely pool too. Drinks in the bar were really good, and the girl who helped us was lovely. Dinner was the same - good choice and delicious things to eat, good wines, great service from a really kind Maitre d'. Breakfast was excellent too - great choice, nice atmosphere. Overall, we found all the staff very kind and helpful - I had problems with the safe but that was fixed in minutes. We were only staying overnight after a very long trip, but the hotel had all we needed; including secure parking for an overloaded vehicle. We'd definitely stay again.

The dark green wallpaper although beautiful design, does make these otherwise very large rooms, seem dark. Still, that's a matter of taste anyway! The hotel was otherwise excellent.

We were only there for one night (don’t know if all rooms are the same but we had room 149) and it suited us perfectly. The bolognese and the tiramisu at the restaurant were excellent, and the buffet breakfast (an extra 15eu pp) was really great. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was raining, but it looked lovely. Reception was super friendly and welcoming - ask them about the English channels on the tv. If the sofa bed was a little more comfortable, and if it didn’t cost us 5eu each way per person to get there and back to the airport, I would’ve given it an even higher score.

The sofa bed was not the most comfortable bed for two people to share because it sinks in the middle (for one person I think it would be fine), but we appreciated that the sofa was already made up for us. Also 5eu per person for the shuttle bus each way is a bit steep but it was definitely efficient and made our journey smoother.

The receptionist was very helpful when we called at a late hour, told us exactly where and when we should expect the hotel transfer. The minivan was comfortable and rather quick to get to the hotel (allow for a 15-20 min wait after the call). The hotel itself is nice, the bed in our room was very soft, which is naturally most important for a good rest

No major issues. The shower temperature was a little odd to set up. Also, it would be nice if there was a complimentary bottle of water on a hot evening but that is just a recommendation

This stay was unplanned and due to having to divert our arrival from Verona because our original BA flight was cancelled. The hotel was close to Milan airport, so a short taxi ride, and the following day there was a hotel bus to take us back to the airport where we picked up the train to Pesheira del Garda. The room was very comfortable with a huge bed. There was a great breakfast spread with lots of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The guy who drove the courtesy bus could have been friendlier/more courteous - but it was early so maybe not a morning person.

Super stay in this hotel with friendly staff and their support to help us. I booked this hotel in the last minute because other hotels near buy is too costly and I am person of budject travel with family and two kids. Going through the review in booking.com and google I was worried about about my stay in this hotel. But I realized after staying in this hotel that this is a truly cost friendly and with amenities. If you are traveling with family. The room was amazing and the Aircon was super cool in this hot temperature outside. Highly recommend this hotel if travel in budject. Shuttle bus from hotel to airport they charge 5 euro which I think is okay. Stay connected in WhatsApp with hotel staff after arrival.

Nothing bad to tell about his hotel

We stayed for one night before onward travel. We were expecting the hotel to be very basic, but instead we were pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the triple room we stayed in. The beds were very comfy and the air conditioning worked well, and it was quiet at night. Any members of staff we spoke to were all extremely helpful, warm and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was varied: a selection of pastries, cooked foods, fruit, juices, coffee and tea, waffles and other sweet treats, and included vegan pastries. We also made use of the shuttle transfer to and from the airport which was really convenient. For a short stay before travelling to the airport or onward, we had no complaints at all.

It was comfortable clean spacious room for 4 people large bathroom, plenty of towels. Restaurant food was served quickly. Staff were very helpful and cheerful despite the hours we arrived and left. Thank you.

Signage from the underground car park to reception via the lift could be better. More hanging space in the bathroom for wet towels would be good. Food was good but the French fries were very salty.
