The staff were very kind and supportive. We've asked them to book us a transfer service (55 EUR for a van to accommodate 4 people and 4 luggage) and a local taxi (35 EUR for 3 people) between the airport and the hotel. They upgraded 1 room for us to a 3-bedroom and provided a bottle of water for each of us, free of charge. The breakfast was great in taste and variety.

Back from Milan to the hotel. We faced a local train operation problem just 1 station away from the hotel but the distance is almost 9 km. We called for help from the hotel to provide a taxi to pick us up but I'm not sure what the problem is. They couldn't help us on this. So we've to find the way on our own. Thanks for UBER in this matter

The staff was super nice and welcoming, the location near the train station to Milano was great. The bed was comfortable and the Wifi was great. They were happy to provide breakfast at anytime that we needed before heading out to the airport. Communication with hotel staff before arriving was also great.

Parking is not next to the property, they do work with one of the parking lots in the area and offer a 6 euro parking fee for 24 hours, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to drop the bags off and drive away to park the car. We booked two rooms and were put on the same floor, but not next to each other. The rooms are small but functional, the ceilings are standard office-building ceilings which is an odd choice.

Staff are fantastic very friendly also helpful, Each day the cleaning staff was their to keep the room to a high standard of cleaning. The breakfast was excellent lots to choose from. On the Saturday when we arrived a Lady Manager we ident get her name she was slim dark hair and wore glasses, a Special Thank You to her she was fantastic brilliant great help. As all the staff was. Thank you so much from Bill & Lea, hope to see you all again as we would recommend the Hotel La Nuova Rotaia.

Our room was great but small. The Taxi company we booked through Booking.Com we would not recommend poor driving skills extremely fast through tight areas also when pedestrians are walking over a Zebra Crossing still carrying on driving. We saw when going out for walks how drivers stopped at Zebra Crossings for the pedestrians to walk across. I am a DSA/ADI Driving Instructor Car-Wagon-Bus a Grade 6 Highest Grade as a Driving Instructor which I felt disgusted, there was no safety involved. We paid a lot of money for a short distance drive which we felt unsafe.

Great place to stay and very close to the train station. The staff are friendly and kind and the breakfast is amazing! Very nice with loads of options. Room is quite small but all you need if you’re travelling to the city centre every day. The beds are super comfortable and clean. You can find great restaurants on a 10min walk (easy walk!) and there’s a supermarket if you want to try some Italian treats very close to the hotel. Very pleasant stay but the breakfast and the staff are really the stars.

Over the four days we were there, our room phone rang three times - one time it was earlier than 7am! Although the rooms are quiet, there’s always some subtle noise going on and for a light sleeper, I woke up quite a few times. It’s a bit expensive for a three star hotel as far as this is from the city centre. The room is small.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and its location was very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to stay beyond the checkout time. Their breakfast was also a standout feature, offering a great selection. When my flight got canceled, they went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The location was perfect. The room was clean , with a comfortable bed and pillows ! Short walk to a beautiful Piazza and stunning churches ! Short train ride to Milan Central ! The service staff were fantastic ! In particular, Milo, who was was in concierge he was wonderful ! So helpful with amazing service ! Thank you for making our stay special! We loved our stay ! Grazie tante! 😊 would highly recommend a short stay !

I loved the location of this hotel! It's a 5 minute walk from the train station and a quick 30 minute train ride to Malpensa airport. The staff was very friendly, allowing me to check in early and offering suggestions on where to eat. When I had to leave before the official breakfast time, they offered to serve me early. The room was small but had everything I needed for a short stay. I will definitely be back.

There was some street noise due to road work as well as people gathering on the street below. However, it didn't affect my sleep.

The hotel is right across the road from the regional train station at Gallarate and a 35 minute train trip to Milan Porto Giribaldi. The property was bright, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful providing recommendations for restaurants and other town facilities.

Our rooms were bright, clean and adequate for our 3 night stay.

A full breakfast buffet was ready 1 1/2 hour early in order for us to get to the airport by 6:00 AM. The staff is available 24 hours a day at the front desk and they called for a taxi. It was easily walkable from the train station and to the city center.

There were groups of young men around some vacant buildings near the hotel, so it felt difficult to walk to restaurants in the early dark winter days.

The staff was verry nice, verry helpful with all our requests. The breakfast was over our expectations. The location is 1 min away from railway station and 5 min away from the city center. Elevator in the building, verry clean rooms, comfortable beds. We will stay again here for sure!
