A semi-circular airport hotel, with a 5€ shuttle, with an interior courtyard with tables/benches and Grass/Shrubs!! Not a box on an asphalt patch. Pleasant staff, nice restaurant option in the basement, good breakfast, overall quiet location considering it is close to airport/highways.

We were in front rooms (rms 101-105) — to right of front desk. Faces the front street and residential neighbors. The problem was with those neighbors — whose barking dogs (2 locations) were left out all day and never stopped barking… never. We used a white noise machine in our room during the day (!!). Owners must’ve come home between 7-8p while we were in courtyard and the nuisance stopped. Advice? Get a room facing inward, toward the courtyard/pool.

Loved the location in the town of Cardano al Campo which is 10 min from airport via hotel shuttle (5 Euros pp). Our room had a large balcony and refrigerator. We liked walking in the nice village (5 min to Carrefour Express and 15+ min to good pizzeria, gelato, pastries, et ). The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Our plane arrived before check in time and they were very generous in letting us go to the room upon arrival. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. We will definitely come back if flying in and out of Milan.

Wifi was very weak in our room. The restaurant was closed the day we were there (Wednesday). The breakfast was average and the coffee not good.

The hotel is very convenient, near to the airport (with a regular shuttle). We booked it in advance for an overnight, as we were on a late evening arrival. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful, and the reception team in particular went out of their way to help us both when we arrived late and in the morning after our car hire had gone wrong, e.g. by making suggestions and helping us look into alternative transport options and routes. Room was comfortable, quiet and very clean, and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food (and plenty of it). Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we'd be happy to use it again.

The staff were polite and very helpful , especially Mister Federico who welcomed us, and the two different Staff members both named Andrea, very nice and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were really clean, and the view of the mountain from my balcony was magnificent. We loved the breakfast menu with a variety of choices.

The lack of a kitchenette, even though we were aware that the room wasn't equipped. The restaurant menu was limited, very few dishes to choose from, and for a double room for two visitors there should have been two chairs instead of one available in the room.

The proximity to the airport was great. About 8 minutes away. The room we had was very spacious, clean, modern. Breakfast was filling with many yummy options like bread, croissants, pastries, deli meat and cheese, fruit, cereal, hard and soft boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.

We had to leave for the airport at 6:30, wish breakfast was a bit earlier. At 6:25 there was already a line waiting for the doors to open for breakfast, so clearly, people could use it earlier. Also, I had requested and received confirmation regarding a baby crib. When we arrived, there wasn't one inside the room. I had to request it again, and it took over an hour to get one. It was already past bedtime, so waiting was painful. The shower is extremely tiny, and I am very petite.

The breakfast was incredible, staff works hard to clean tables, make sure food is plentiful and fresh, client service excellent!! The front desk staff at the Hotel are top notch!! Staff at Cardano picked us up at the airport promptly, called us a taxi to and from Gallarate, promptly took us to the airport for travel home. They truly make a client feel at home and cared for! We would stay there again!! All staff was incredible, Fredrico even drew us a great map of the area so we could go to the market, the delicious bakery, have Gelato at the Gelato store, and see the church. Thank you all!!!

Everything. Good location - close to the airport but very quiet, clean and well maintained property, very friendly staff: Our flight was delayed for 6 hours and instead of midnight we landed at Malpensa around 6 a.m., and in case we had to checkout at 10. 00 we wouldn't have a chance to sleep at all. I wrote a late checkout request to the property and almost instantly received an answer from a person named Federico that they were sorry about the situation and could extend our stay till 1 PM for free! So we had precious 5,5 hours of rest in a normal bed! All the staff were extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was very good as well, with quite a variety of choices. The hotel transfer to the airport costs 5 euro per person, but doesn't run at night, so check with the hotel if you arrive at night. And compared to other properties in the area the price/quality ratio is just perfect. All in all, everything was simply excellent. We are actually grateful to the hotel personnel for such an attentive and personal treatment of us. Definitely recommend the property for a stay in the Milan area!

Nothing material comes to mind. The only recommendation I would give to the property is to provide more than one room key.

Staff were friendly and worked hard to please Comfy room. Pool was an added bonus and needed with the heat. Both breakfast and Restaurant food and staff were lovely. Convenient 10 minute shuttle to and from airport 5 each way, then an hour on a coach into milan 10 each way. 16 return

Lovely room but the shower was really small. Need to remove the bidet and extend the shower. Please put a sign on toaster do not touch as it doesnt have cooled sides like in the uk. Also no kettle or shampoo in room

The proximated to the airport is excellent, the economical shuttle, the staff, including the new restaurant staff with pretty good food as well

I have stayed here once before, and also had an excellent experience. But I must mention this one thing. The driver that brought me in the afternoon early evening from the airport, drove like a maniac and scared me out of my mind to where I was praying that I would get home to see my family and dogs. The morning shuttle driver was excellent and drove carefully and I was very comfortable.

the house was in a great location, first floor, there is a small elevator but it is up 3 stairs, the house is big and the kitchen is well equipped, there is a coffie machine and cleaning matirials aside of laundry capsuls. ther is netflix in the living room and little soaps at the 3 washrooms in the flat. there is a jacuzzi tub but it was impossible to close it. when we got to the flat we got water and sweets

the airconditions are very weak, the T.V in the parents room is not connected to anything so doesn't work. contacted the owner and said he would take care of it. we didnt need but there is no parking by tge flat
