-The room size and amenities, spotless and modern. -Affordable shuttle transfer and drivers were very helpful and polite -no fuss check-in

-for the airport pick up-I have to call the driver instead of just messaging the property here on booking, a bit of a hassle especially if you are only using a data sim and they don't even have a whatsapp for you to call. -a bit too far from the airport compound and within a residential area but does not have any convenience store that is nearby though vending machines are provided inside, some are not working -bar is a bit underwhelming unlike other Ibis hotels ie IBIS orly, limited choices. -the lobby and the aisles are a bit dark

I chose this due to the proximity to the airport as I only needed to stay for a night. The two men at checking at 11pm were lovely & helpful. My flight had been delayed & my luggage was lost so I had arrived 3.5hrs later than expected. The first room was on the members floor & in a quieter location, but it was still occupied by someone. The second room was above the driveway & building entrance so the gravel being disturbed was a little annoying constantly while trying to sleep but nothing major. Rooms are standard ibis, not luxury but that is the brand. It was clean but lacked the extras like shaving kits, toothpaste, etc that some of the others provide. There was just hand soap & body wash. I’d stay again. Nothing worth photographing.

The female staff in the morning weren’t the friendliest or the most helpful & I spoke with another guest who also complained she made them feel like a nuisance whilst checking out. This was at 7am so it wasn’t like we were rushing at 9:59am to beat the 10am check out deadline.

We had early flight the day after. This hotel is located perfectly for that. Clean room. Hot shower. Few minutes from MXP. All we needed.

There is a toll between Milano and the hote. Not a problem in the hotel, but as a tip - if you do plan to stop at Milano better do so before attending the hotel. So you avoid more than an hour of driving and few Euro toll.

the bed was big and comfy the shower was very clean the wifi works really quick the location of the hotel is near the airport they also provided airport transfer service upon request every 30 min they had nice dessert in the morning but a little pricy

there was limited food options in the night and i did not know what time the bfast was until so i missed the bfast there was not much space in the toilet to put clothes, could add some hooks

Breakfast should have more options, noise in the morning, staff entering room without permission before check out, shuttle service available only at specific time rest of the times 25Euro per person which in my opinion is unfair. Check out time is 12 so shuttle service should be till 12;30

It was so close to the airport and the shuttle was great. Staff was very friendly and it’s a great place to sleep if you need to stay for a flight.

The only thing that I could complain about is that I needed to take the shuttle in the night and they charged 25€ for night rides instead of a much lower price that they normally do (I think 5). This was a bit too much to be honest as it was a 5 minute drive.

comfortable beds. clean and simple rooms. good for reaching the airport by car in only 10 minutes . friendly staff at bar and at check in.

we checked in quite late and were unable to connect to the internet using our last name and room number as a log in. in the warm season it would be nice if there was an outdoor area with tables etc also in front of the hotel where one could sit outside, enjoy a drink or smoke a cigarette. the windows in our room third floor facing the parking lot were not that soundproof and one could hear the nearby highway but we were so tired it didn’t make so much difference in the end. maybe a hot water boiler with Nescafé in the rooms or coffee vending machine in lobby would be nice for those leaving on very early flights in the morning before the bar opens at 6am

The size of the room was nice. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly. We only stayed one night and it was a good hotel for one night.

You could hear everything from the hallway, other rooms and outside. It took quite long for the airport shuttle to pick us up from the airport even though we called.

Best was cooperation from the Staff, because some of the Basic amenities like Coffee Cattle was not available

Basic amenities like water bottle, Coffee Cattle, Shaving, Teeth care kit were not included in the room. Breakfast was not included, where as while booking it was there.

Ease of access, modern and very clean facility. The staff is very professional and helpful. The shuttle service is excellent and on time. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and feels very modern.The location is excellent . I have stayed here before and I will continue to stay here in my future trips.
