Clean, simple, comfortable

Everything was great except finding it. We came into terminal 1 and directions were not clear and it was in the middle of the night so not many people around to ask. Just fyi, you can’t walk between terminals, you have to take the bus. So follow the signs for transport to terminal 2. (There are signs for this hotel inside terminal 1 that take you outside but then, no more signs so it’s not clear what to do…from there, just take the bus to terminal 2). Hope it saves someone time getting to the hotel.

The hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious، including fried and boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, olives, cheeses, hash browns, pancakes, bread and pastries, fruits, yogurt, cornflakes, bacon, and olive spread. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I felt was missing was having a telephone in the room to contact the reception directly. The bar and dining area are actually part of the reception space, which made the area feel crowded. The location was excellent, being very close to the airport, which made getting there extremely easy. This hotel is ideal for a one-night stay, as it is small and doesn’t have many facilities. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place conveniently close to Malpensa Airport.

Loved everything about the hotel! The location was great! The bus stop with free airport buses between Terminal 2 (hotel location) and Terminal 1 is right across the street from the hotel, it took us about 12 minutes to reach Terminal 1. These buses run every 20 minutes. The hotel facilities are amazing, sparkling clean everywhere, the staff is amazing and super helpful. The rooms are comfortable, the sheets are so crispy and clean, the shower is nice…. Downstairs restaurant and bar are really good! Their pizza is better than at almost every place in Milan… hotel staff in particular is fantastic! Would absolutely stay again!!!!

Not a single thing

This place is great value for money. The room was very comfortable and clean. The best part was the facilities. On the ground floor there was a very welcoming bar & lounge area with super friendly staff and a lovely fitout and atmosphere. We found several people enjoying the communal comfort of the area. It had lounges, tables, a communal table and bar seats as well. There was large TV and you can buy breakfast there too. On our floor was an ironing room opposite our room. And the airport loop bus was across the road from the hotel so was easy for us to get to T1 for our international flight.

We stayed in the Moxy Hotel for catching an Easyjet flight early next morning and for that the hotel was perfect. It is next to the Terminal 2, only 5 min walk over a parking to the checkin area. Getting to the hotel from the city by public transport was easy (take the Express train to Terminal 1 and then change to the connecting express train to Terminal 2). As our flight was very early we did not have breakfast, so nothing to say about that.

Nothing really negative to report. Keep an eye on the prices, as for all airport hotels the prices of this hotel show quite some big swings.

The hotel is fresh, with a hip vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable. The hotel is directly adjacent to one of the terminals at Malpensa airport. There is limited parking on-site for 18 euros, but most people seemed to arrive by taxi, or on foot from the Airport. The breakfast is fine.

The proximity to the airport is convenient, but the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, so it's not a very pretty location, and no place to take a walk. There's dinner available in the lobby bar, but it didn't seem very festive for our last night in Italy, so we drove to a pizzeria in the Milan suburbs.

Proximity to the terminal and train station. Quiet nights. Some staff members are very friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast (better than the much dreaded Italian 🇮🇹 buffet breakfast. They have good quality white beans, tasty bread and rolls, good quality cheese etc.)

The bathroom ; Whoever planned it was not aware of the needs of international travellers. The sink has a low quality metal plug that always gets stuck and is impossible to release without a knife 🔪 There is a bidet which 80% or more of travellers do not use and just takes space.

Everything looks quite new so it's pleasant to be in the hotel room. The bathroom was spacious and pretty. Some staff at the restaurant were nice and polite but not definitely not all. Convenient for early morning flights and this is what you pay for. We travelled with two toddlers so it was worth it from that point of view, but if it was just the two of us I would not pay for this as you can sleep on the plane later on anyway.

Very expensive to eat and you don't get much or that good of a quality, quite a rip off. We paid over €50 having two mains and one meal from children menu to share between them, which I regret paying for. Burgers served with a bag of crisps instead of chips, small portions. Basically, I wish we ate at Milano centrale before heading to the hotel for the night which has plenty of restaurants and normal prices - wagamama was great at milano centrale!

Good location directly opposite the terminal and 2 mins from the train station. Easy to find. Quiet room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Large choice of food in the restaurant and not too expensive compared to airport food, although portion was small.

Heating in the room was not very responsive. Check-in was not very personal. No bottled water in the room. Have to create a Marriott membership to use wifi. Shuttle bus location not that clear - it’s between bus stops 11 & 12 diagonally to the right from the hotel nearer the train station.

It was business travel with very early departure next day. I was looking for easy Terminal 2 access hotel, Moxy was 300m so spot on. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Simple yet comfortable room arrangement and for that kind of hotel I think they exceeded expectation and I stayed in many, hotels around the world. If you need easy stay by Malpensa airport I would recommend to consider.

I would expect bottle of still and sparking water in the room for guests. There I had to buy large bottle from the bar. My preference would be to add couple of euros to the room price - but guess this is Moxi's policy and approach. Nothing major but spoiled a bit overall good experience with this hotel.
