The design, of course!! Stunning - modern, fresh, naughty... All the rest was clean, comfortable and tasty. The restaurant had good vibes and delicious food. Loved very much the quality of the interior finishes - so clean and precise!

Take into consideration the location. We weren't sure about the shuttle, because the signs at the airport were a bit confusing, so we took a taxi. The driver didn't get that we are not going to Milan (I explained explicitly and showed him the Google map, but still...) and was very upset about this short trip. But it is not possible to just walk there, since there are highways to pass. On the other hand there were no problems at all on the return trip since we booked a shuttle ride at the reception.

New and clean. Decent place to stay a night while waiting for a flight the next day. Restaurant seemed a bit below par given the prices. Not sure what style of pizza they are going for but it was by far the worse we have had in Italy.Breakfast was good. Pool area was lovely place to relax, although not sure what vibe they are going for with the music and furniture.

The location isn’t that great. Although close to airport on map, not easy to get to，and virtually impossible to walk there safely. The shuttle bus is way to expensive. For a family, taxi is cheaper. However not easy to order a taxi to that location because drivers don’t want to accept the short trip. This Leaves a bad taste in mouth when you have to pay 5EURO per person each way for the shuttle bus. Given the hotel relies on its proximity to the airport, the shuttle bus should be free.

Key system is not working I had to return to reception twice Breakfast was very poor with terrible (inexistant service) We paid 10 Eur for taxi to reach hotel at 01.00 am Next morning we paid 10 Eur for a couple for hotel shuttle ! When you pay 200 Eur for a standard airport hotel, airport shuttle for 2 min drive shall be included in room rate

The location of the hotel was great for flying out of Malpensa airport and the transfers to and from the airport were easy and cheap. The food and service if the restaurant was pretty good, as were the bar staff and the cocktails. What let the hotel down was the staffing at the check-in counter as they seemed to be totally disinterested in serving the customers and whenever we went past, it seemed like there was always a queue of unhappy people waiting to be served, while the staff at the counter were busy doing other things.

Reception staff could definitely improve their interaction with customers, as the first impression of the hotel is a very poor one. Even if the staff are busy, they should at least acknowledge the people waiting to be served because just ignoring them creates a very negative atmosphere.

this is a nice clean and modern hotel near Malpensa airport. it has a nice bar area and the rooms are modern and comfortable. you cant fault the hotel. just the que to check in and then time it takes.

the location. you have to get a shuttle bus or taxi to the hotel and i hate that when traveling. it always hads an hour to get to to your hotel room. if you arrive by the shuttle bus then there is a long que to check in and you could be standing in line for 20minutes or more. the shuttle costs 10 euro and a taxi from T2 15 euro. if you factor these costs in then its better to get a hotel directly at the airport that is in walking distance. if i transit through Malpensa then i would go for the Moxy hotel which is right at arrivals/departures.

Even though the hotel is close to the airport you can't walk. You must take the shuttle which for a few minutes they charge you for - as its an airport hotel why not just include a shuttle cost in the room price? Also, the shuttle only holds 6 people so if you don't book early you don't get on and there is no other options for transport. Twice we wanted to change our time by 30 minutes and couldn't do it. So, all a bit too tricky - wouldn't stay there again for this simple reason

It's a new hotel , very modern , rooms with A/C and great shower . will be good for 1 night stay after/before flight to/from MXP terminal 1 . we will use this hotel next time as well. shuttle service needed if you don't have a car and you need to book it in advance.

long time at check in and we asked for connecting rooms and she said yes , but it was not connected at all. maybe it is just that some of the staff are still new , as its a new hotel , and need some time.

Beautiful modern hotel, few minutes from and to Malpensa Airport. You can book the shuttle bus at what time you want to go to the airport.

We tried many times to call the hotel asking for the hotel shuttle bus, but no answering. We only got the hotel's messages from booking.com app to wait for the shuttle bus, they will come at their time only. We waited for a long time.

All looks clean and modern. The rooms and place was amazing.

In the morning I asked for transportation bcoz 1 day ago in the reception said i can take it every 30 min, next day i need transportation but the women in the reception wasn’t helping and not friendly at all. I also asked for a taxi she said is busy and also y i want transportation have to pay 2 hours in avance. The others things was nice. Also

near by airport just 2 min drive , airport shuttle is available in Eur 5 only , the vegeterian food is available like pizza and grill vegitables in restaurant which is open till 11pm overall a good experience... a good place to stay for short term visitors near by airport , staff was helpful too
