The hostess was very nice and friendly and provided all the necessary details. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was stored in the refrigerator in advanced, but since we left early in the morning we didn't eat it. We chose the hotel because it was fairly close to the airport. It took us less than 15 minutes to get to the airport.

The bathroom is tiny. It was not comfortable.

Beautiful property set on the quiet bank of a river just 10 minutes from the airport. EXCELLENT service and communication from the owner and staff. The owner also provided some helpful suggestions for our trip. The restaurant was incredible. Everything was hand made and fresh, and the quality was superb. A similar meal back home would have cost twice as much, but honestly I don’t think I’d be able to find such authentic and delicious food in the states. The room was comfortable and clean, and was furnished with homemade bread and pastries, jam, espresso, and a sandwich. I could not have asked for a better start to my trip after a long flight! Stay here if you are in the area, you will not regret it.

The facility exceeded our expectations 20 times over. They helped facilitate our travel from the rail station to their location and the meal that we had was prepared by their own personal chef that is on site. In the 10 days here in Italy that was the best meal we ever had. The owner and other people involved were so good to us and there are beautiful walking trails along the canal and in the woods right from the location. You're right on the river and our room just overlooked the river which saying this to sleep at night. We plan to go back for a longer stay I can recommend it highly

There is nothing that we didn't like

We booked Osteria delle Sperone because it was close to the airport and because of the view. The room was great, and the view even better. We sat by the river at sunset. But what really set this place apart was the attention to detail for guest comfort and enjoyment, especially with the food. The restaurant had no business being as amazing as it was. We thought we'd be settling for an ok dinner the night before we left. Instead, it was one of the best meals we had in Italy. It innovated on classic Italian dishes in really great ways. The wine list had wines from a number of regions of Italy. The restaurant itself was beautifully appointed. The chef prepared sweet treats for the room which were as good if not better than any desserts we had in any restaurant in Italy. Two of the tarts looked simple (chocolate and coconut) but also had tasty jams inside. The manager reached out to us way in advance of our trip to make sure we had the easiest time getting there. She arranged a driver and instructed us not to get off at the airport, but the stop before to save us money. We were at the airport the next morning in under 10 minutes. Just a perfect end to a trip, when people are generally exhausted. Highly recommended!

Everything was great.

Although the room was a little small, we really enjoyed everything else. Marina and Mamica are a winning team! They took care of everything to make our stay very enjoyable.They gave us excellent tips on where to go and visit in the area. There is an excellent restaurant on site with very high-quality food! They also advised us when to leave for the airport during a national holiday and heavy traffic towards and within the airport. Thank you so much Marina and Mamica for all your help and service.There is no doubt that every time we arrive at Malpensa we will stay at this Hotel again.

The best experience possible in Italy. Marina (host) makes you feel invited and what about the cuisine? Amazing! The best gnocchi I have ever ate. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and it makes you feel home in Italy. They also make you feel special with personalized names on the room door and with an amazing breakfast for you. If you're hungry, please try the restaurant! The original and special Italian food that I didn't find in Milano, I found here! Also they suggested an amazing driver which was a way cheaper price than the Uber to pick up and also take to the airport if needed. Just perfect from the day I booked and 100% will be returning in the future. Grazie mille per tutto!

The B&B is part of a riverfront complex that includes the restaurant Osteria dello Sperone. We had a wonderful meal there! The host Marina provides exceptional hospitality. With her assistant Monica,we were able to book a pickup and return to the MXP Milan airport,a fantastic meal with great wine options ,and our 2 rooms. An in-room breakfast was ample ,homemade treats,coffee ,juice and yogurt. Because of heavy rain,we couldnt enjoy what looked to be a great walk beside the river. The rooms were comfortable,shower excellent.With an early flight from MXP to end our vacation in Italy,this was a GEM of a find!

This was an excellent stay for my husband and myself. We picked the B&B for it's proximity to the Malpensa Airport. The room was clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. We had a view of the river which was wonderful. The location was quiet as well. Breakfast was included and was already set up in the room the day we arrived. When I made the reservation, Marina, the owner, reached out to me with clear instructions and also with the option to dine in her restaurant. We accepted the offer and was not disappointed. The food and wine was DIVINE. The restaurant was just across the courtyard. Thank you, Marina. You are a great host and so cool too.

Staying here for our last night in Milan was the best decision! The room was absolutely wonderful—super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The pillows and mattress were so comfortable, like being embraced by angels. The area has a special charm—peaceful, with a beautiful lake and a relaxing atmosphere, plus it’s only a 10-minute drive to Malpensa Airport. The hotel has a fine-dining restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, a fireplace, and unique decorative details that catch the eye. It was the first truly delicious meal we had in Milan! Most importantly, the hospitality was exceptional—we felt like we were welcomed by the kindest and most thoughtful friend. Marina helped us arrange both our transfer to the hotel and a late-night transfer to the airport, which was incredibly helpful. Her attention and support made our trip even more memorable. Our breakfast was already waiting for us in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. It even included some amazing homemade desserts! A huge thank you once again to Marina and Mamiсa for this wonderful experience! P.S. And, of course, to Coffee (the little pup) and the chubby-cheeked cat—whose name I forgot—for their warm and cheerful welcome! 😊

There’s simply nothing to dislike—everything was perfect!

We needed a B&B for the night before an exceedingly early flight out of Milan. After a wonderful 10 days in Italy we didn't want to just crash at a chain hotel at the airport. Our host was incredible in her communication, helpfulness, and clarity. Though she doesn't speak English, her use of WhatsApp and a translation app made her communication flawless. She also has an assistant who is a delight and helps with translation. We were sent easy to follow guidance with photos on how to check ourselves in and get situated, and our host offered a reservation for dinner. The location is across from a beautiful waterway that has a waterfall canceling out any infrequent road noises. The room is charming, clean, and more than enough room for two adults and their luggage. We were delighted by the room already being prepared with desserts and everything we needed for breakfast. At dinner, we finally met our host and her assistant in person and found them even more charming and gracious. They have style for days. Dinner at the B&B was wonderful, all handmade and delicious, and apparently a local favorite. Our host also arranged a 4:30AM taxi for us to ease our departure. Only a 9 minute taxi to the airport it was hands and above staying at a big box hotel. Overall a stellar experience.

We were lodged on the second floor, and carrying our suitcases up the narrow stairs was a little precarious. If you have any mobility issues I would note that you'll need to navigate stairs to get to your room.
