Right on the Milan terminal 1. You go out and directly enter terminal 1 (keep in mind that there are two exits). From milan malpensa train line, go upstairs by lift to terminal 1. After going out of the lift, you will find directions to the hotel. The room was excellent. We will recommend staying here especially if you are leaving from milan airport at odd times. From the hotel room, you will reach the departure check in counter within 10 minutes walking even with your luggage. As per policy, they charge you 100 euro from your credit card which they return to your account after 5-7 days after deducting City tax and other utilisation (e.g. soft drink or food consumption if any).

We arrived at Milan Airport at 10.30pm - an hour later than anticipated. We caught the shuttle bus from T2 to T1 and straight into the hotel! Quick and efficient check in and were offered an extension to our check out time the following day at no extra cost. Dropped off our bags in the room and a drink in the bar. The beds were super comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep! Breakfast was superb - plenty of hot and cold food and drinks brought to the table. a swim in the infinity pool before leaving for central Milan. The railway station is adjacent to the hotel.

We had a large, welll-appointed double room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were wonderful.

We had drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant had Italian food that was good enough, but my husband said it was one of the most expensive dinners we had on the whole two week trip. It wasn't tHAT good!

Arrived a bit (very) early for my check in and was surprised to be not only offered a room so early, but with an upgrade. That was greatly appreciated and allowed a nice relax in a very large, well equipped and very clean room with a nice view. Visited the first floor bar and restaurant for nice drink and some food. Staff were, as usual, very friendly and efficient. Bed and pillows were fantastic so had a great sleep and shower the following morning in preparation for the flight home to Australia. Have stayed at the Sheraton several times before flights, ideally placed to access Malpensa Airport. Always had great service and I look to staying there again in the future. Each time I have stayed at the hotel I am amazed how quiet the room is despite being at a busy airport.

Having to get out of that bed in the morning, so comfy.

Room, airport and location excellent. The Facility located in fantastic location. Just that I was not too happy with the receptionist that check me in. He is not a good listener.

The receptionist that checked me into Room 2167 was not a good listener. I came in and ask for my reservation, without understanding what I require, he just told me no more room. I have to repeat myself by saying again I have a reservation. He rated me Physically and just say no room. He need to be supported with listening skill Training to help him do his job properly.

* Check-in was very quick by Mr. Luca was extremely respectful , smiling,polite , and professional , He was clear he loves his job, I would like to thanks him *The room was with a beautiful view * The hotel is beautiful and very clean * All bathroom amenities were available * I loved the coffee corner * The cleanliness of the room was excellent was arranged showed a high level of professionalism .

*There is no room service after 10 pm and this point is a drawback for a world -class hotel , We recommend reconsidering this . * The breakfast buffet needs more variety , I would suggest adding more Middle Eastern and Asian dishes . * No Shattaf in the bathroom.

Hard to find - even though it’s across from the airport. There are very small signs pointing the way “to Sheraton”. Had we known in advance to look for the underground pathway, it would have saved a lot of time getting there. It’s still about a half hour walking from the hotel to any gate. If you must go to Terminal 2, you have to take a shuttle bus. It’s a good 15 minutes away from Terminal 1.

Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great, which you can not find any Italian Hotel nearby. Location is great. Staff is polite and helpful. Room was quiet and pleasant. Cleaning is at very good standards. I have used also other alternatives near MXP, but it is worth to pay the premium

When you get from an arrival flight, the signs are directing to you at some point but then you may lost the navigation as the direction at that point is missing. It can be due to the renovation process, but it was pity to follow the signs and get lost after a mid night flight. I asked hotel the answer is was we are at Terminal 1, even I have asked the specific gate to exit.

Location was perfect for a one night stay. Very convenient and close to Terminal 1. Room was very spacious with an extra comfortable & large bed.

Carpet was old & stains were visible which was disappointing given we paid extra for an upgrade. This needs immediate attention. Also the lack of air conditioning in public areas made it uncomfortable especially in some dining areas. Shower area needs to be made more safe for seniors climbing over a bath tub is not practical. No shower screen made the water accumulate very quickly & not escape quick enough.
