It was easy and checking in was fast A nice size hotel convenient to Malpensa airport Had dinner and male waiter was very helpful and courteous and helped me choose my meal I went to bed at 10 and never heard anyone in the hallway The bathroom was very clean Took the “First” shuttle to the airport and it took 5 minutes to get there at 8 am I would book the hotel again!

I had a hard time working the TV

It's a really great basic hotel close to the airport. The transfer option was easy to use and I didn't have to wait long and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport. I used the transfer option to go back to the airport the next morning to get the bus into Milan city centre. The staff were very friendly and the room had everything you need for a one night stay and a couple of bottles of free water waiting in the room was appreciated. I also had a pretty nice view considering how close to the airport the hotel was.

I had dinner at the restaurant when I arrived, it was ok but seemed a little on the pricey side. It does give food options though for when you've been travelling and just want an easy option as there doesn't seem to be anything else in the vicinity.

Quiet, comfortable hotel located close to the airport. Offer of a shuttle for 5 euro door to door for MXP terminal very reasonable and there is also a free airport shuttle that drops you off a 9 minute walk from the hotel. Very short walk to exceptional restaurant - Samarcanda restaurant lounge and bar. Very friendly and efficient desk staff at this hotel. Same for the maids we met in the morning. Nice inside and outside lounge area. Self service machines available and lobby bar.

We didn't have the breakfast - although its sounded great - the price point was a little too high for us at 12 euro p.p.

Hotel booked for overnight stay close to Malpensa Airport. Excellent interactions with all staff, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a meal at hotel restaurant and to be honest, the lasagne and gnocchi we ate were excellent and would be one of the best Italian meals eaten in our 3 weeks in Italy. Room was comfortable for an overnight stop, linen/towels fresh, shuttle service easy to use (€5 p/p office hours). Represented good value for money for our booking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as they could clearly tell we were from out of the country. Everything was pretty hassle free, and they even have a shuttle that goes back and forth from the airport in just a few short minutes. There are a couple solid restaurants around the area that you can easily walk to. We stayed in a multitude of hotels while traveling around Italy and Germany, and this one was very comfortable. The room we stayed in wasn't too big, but was a pretty good size for just me and my boyfriend. Definitely serves the purpose of staying in the hotel the night after/night before big travels from the airport.

Although very close to the airport, not close to much else. And unless we missed something, no breakfast set out. I believe you have to just order like you are at a restaurant which was a little confusing.

It was literally a 3 minute drive from the airport which is why we chose it The beds were the absolute most comfortable of our entire stay in Italy It was perfect for our purpose of being close to the airport for our flight home the next morning Not sure how it would be long term but would 100% recommend as a comfortable, clean and convenient hotel close to the airport Shuttle was also a bonus

The shuttle bus was convenient. My room was spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast was better than I expected. The receptionist said I could look at buffet and decide if I'd like to eat there or not. For 10 euro, it was very good value. Choice of cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, good selection of savoury cold cuts, cheeses, lot of cakes/tarts to choose from too.

Air-conditioning is centralised so I couldn't turn it on in my room. If I had known the restaurant at the hotel was not operating I would have bought food for dinner from the airport before arriving at hotel. I had chosen this hotel mostly because of restaurant on site. Arriving in late afternoon it would have been convenient to have eaten on site. However the recommended restaurant was very good.

Very good location. 5 mins from Malpensa airport. The facility was clean. Our room was outdated but our family members’ room is slightly better. Most of the staffs were amazing! The check in staffs were extremely helpful and great. The only one that’s a bit grumpy was the morning front desk guy. Understandably so, we had to leave at 3 am for our early morning flight and he had to also drive us to the airport. He didn’t look too happy. Shuttle is NOT free, we paid premium hour price for it so I didn’t expect the grumpiness. With that said, this is a very good value for a night stay if you need to be near the airport. Will not hesitate to recommend it!

Room is very nice, bed is comfy. Best surprise was the restaurant of hotel, that is located in -1 floor (no windows) but food was 100% Haute Cuisine. Small village around hotel has couple of other restaurants too. Hotel offers shuttle bus from/to airport, that is 10 minute of driving.

It does not depend on hotel, but by map it looked like walking distance from airport Terminal 1, but actually there is no pedestrian road (or we did not discover it; and it would take 45-55 minutes of walk). So you are forced to take airport shuttle (Case Nuove stop is 10 minutes of walk to hotel) or hotel-provided shuttle bus (most convenient, but needs to be booked).

Update March 2025 I got a newly renovated room in 1st floor. Room was different from review I saw here especially in bathroom. Bathroom walls are made by vanishing gypsum board. All new sanitary ware there. Only rain shower look weird a bit, it was hung on the wall literally, but it works well. Great service from shuttle bus driver and reception.

At first time, I was happy when I saw smart TV with Netflix on remote. However, all applications in TV didn't work because internet connection. I texted to staff and the answer is "internet in TV is not allowed". So you put smart tv for what? And room was half clean half dusty.
